I am a store manager and he just left with cursing acting a fool but what caught my eye is that he is dressed in work attire. So I know in my training I know I am told to be mindful how I speak and talk to people while wearing anything that represents my company but to degrade someone because they follow policy because you have a bad day while dressed in waste management gear a vest to be exact is not ok. That is bad business
Desired outcome: I don’t feel he should be allowed to represent a company with standards and covers everywhere if he is going to act in such a manner… be verbally abusive in public because a bad day at work is not ok

Yard waste pickup
Had 3 cans out with yard waste. They pick up on Wednesdays. They emptied one can and left the other two. I called and advised WM. They said they they would pick up and the case was closed and the yard waste was not picked up. I then called the next day and was told the same thing. At around 5:15 a WM truck with two black males shows up and looked at the trash cans full of yard waste and shook their heads, took a picture, and drove off. They did not even try to pick the cans up. I am 54 years old and can do it. They had two young men and didn’t even try. Why so I pay for service when the drivers are given the flexibility to not do their jobs. WM is a horrible company and hires lazy employees.
Desired outcome: Pick up my yard waste and fire the two lazy employees. There are many people looking for jobs these days with all the layoffs.

trash dumster placed in the middle of the road by waste management employee
I am a tenant at The Park of Forestdale East in Forestdale, AL. Apparently, there has been some disconnect with the apartment complex and waste management emptying our trash dumpsters. My concern is that your employee left the dumpster in the middle of the road, literally, instead of placing it on the ground out of the way of traffic. I understand that he couldn't place it back where it was previous located because if the amount of garbage but placing the dumpster in the middle of the road doesn't make sense either. I do have pictures. I only included one. I also have a video but it had bad language towards the end of the video. I didn't think it was appropriate to include but it does provide a better view of the dumpster placement.

Customer service
All I can say is omg! Lisa the bot operator sucks! She cannot answer specific questions and there doesn't seem to be an option to talk to an actual person to clarify what your bot can't answer. I wanted to inquire where to drop off a mattress but the bot operator can't answer that. You website is cluttered and cumbersome to navigate. Unfortunately I don't have other options for service or I would stop wm.
Desired outcome: have real people to answer specific questions until the bot is capable of answering ALL questions competently otherwise I guarantee you customer satisfaction numbers will go down.

There is one manager that mistreat the personal and employers
I am writing this email because I am really concerned about how a manager of waste management Denver north mistreats and humiliates drivers. He is a very aggressive person. This person's name is Jorge Camacho. There are 15 driver's workers in the roll-off department., they have been complaints made to other supervisors and it hasn't been any changes. I am very concerned about this matter. I need to have the attention of someone in charge or I will personally contact the department of labor. Dumpster 30 yard Rental
Today we called the Fort Myers, FL Waste Management about our dumpster rental to see when it was going to be dropped off. It was supposed to be dropped off today Monday 04/03/23. The guy on the phone said he didn't see the information after we gave him our address 3 times... Later he comes back on the phone to say, if we had a confirmation number, then he see's our request for today. He then say's due to no truckers it won't be dropped off until next Monday 04/10/23... We got no phone call or email stating this. This is unbelievable. We had to cancel some appointments to wait for a truck that never came. We can't wait till Monday, as we have trash piling up and HOA is not happy. Bad part on Michelle for taking a payment over the phone and not accurately scheduling the drop off. I would like some type of reimbursement for this hassle.

Residential recycling
Each week, whomever it is driving the recycling truck comes by, picks up the large blue recycling barrel, drives a little while emptying it and DROPS the barrel in the street or sidewalk. Every single week. Aside from the fact that the barrels are quick heavy and bulky to get off the ground (I am a 67 year old woman), he or she has now managed to break one of the wheels. I simply don’t understand why the trash barrel is picked up and placed back down upright, but the recycling can’t. Worse yet, I will be responsible for paying for a new one. What can be done about this?
Desired outcome: I want him to stop dropping it. I want him to place it back down and I don’t want waste management to charge me for a barrel their employee broke.

Driver going over the speed limit

Your driver picked up on one side of 5he road, on the way back through big gap between houses. Speed on the road is 25. They where 45 or over. Super speeder. We have kids on bikes and walking on the street golf carts going up and down road at all times. They need to slow down

Management of funds
WM took over the contract in our neighborhood about 6 months ago. We used to use Replubic which was nothing to brag about. Anyway, WM start picking up our trash and this past Monday, they decided to NOT pick up my trash, yet the neighbors all had their trash picked up. So I called and they told me my account was suspended for non-pay. I argued that I had paid them $134.14 which is more than the $93.12 that I am supposed to pay. She even agreed that my account was paid through the END of March AND that I had a credit coming back to me for the overpayment. Of course I asked.. how is my account closed or suspended when I have paid more than I owe. Her response floored me.. Well it was late so it was canceled and just paying is not enough. You have to call to have it reinstated.
So they took my money but say it's not good enough to reinstate my account? I'm paid through the END of March but they refused to pick up my trash on 3/20?
So I called and after 20 minutes of arguing Tammy agreed to send someone to pick up my trash. After the trash sat out there for three days I finally called again. The next lady told me that the dispatch canceled my ticket and they I would have to wait until next week during the normal pick up window.
So here I am with more trash that will fit in my bins. By they way.. they will NOT pick up bags that are not in the bin. So my bins are full and by next week I will have enough to fill up two more bins but they won't pick that up because those bags will NOT be in the bins because they are ALREADY full.
This is absolutely unacceptable. She told me she could transfer me to an escalations department but after being on hold another 10 minutes without anyone picking up, I finally just gave up.

I’ve paid Mr Bernerd over 5 times to pick up my trash like he said he would that the last two times he took my money and did not pick up the trash like he promise! They Won't Pick Up My Trash
Three years in a row during when it has snowed in Portland, our trash gets delayed, which is completely understandable. However, on the next scheduled pickup date that they notify us of, they NEVER show up. Then, we finally had one trash pick-up, and the next week (no snow this time), they didn't show up again. Each time the person accuses us of not putting our trash out on time. We always put our trash out the night before. There are no refunds, and conveniently, they never show up for their scheduled "additional" pick-ups. I have to take my trash to my work dumpster (I'm a business owner) or take it to the dump. The trash company for my business has never once missed a pick-up. Why can't waste management get it together?
Desired outcome: Refund for missed trash pick-up days, or have the company come out the next day and pick up the trash they missed.

starting residential service
I am having a very difficult time getting a quote to start residential service. I have called several numbers and it is disconnected each time. I tried using your chat feature and was told that you could not provide quotes through chat. Bulk pickup
My trash pick up is Mondays. On 3/13/2023 I had a bulk pick up scheduled for a mattress. The mattress was wrapped and duct tapped and placed next to the trash. The trash was picked up but not the mattress. I checked my waste management account just to verify that infact this was what was expected at the curb and in fact it was. The website also stated that the bed had been picked up and as of yet this item is still on the curb now. I contacted customer service being g that this is an ongoing issue. They told me that they would have the driver come back or that it would be the next day. As of yet the mattress is still on the curb. Something needs to be done about the lack of service that we recieve even after complaining to the company.

Excessive and unequitable charges
This company began charging additional fees with no notice. My bill went from $129.00 per quarter to $217.00 per quarter. No notification was sent in advance of the additional charges. Several customers/friends called and successfully had their charges reduced to a fixed amount of $126.00 per quarter. I call to complain and the representative told me that no one else was charged less than I. I knew she was lying as I was looking at my friend's invoice. In addition, I have talked to several other neighbors that are being charged much less than I.
I canceled my service and will contract with a different local company.

No service
I am supposed to have pick up on Tuesday and Friday. I have called every Friday for 6 weeks and still no pickup on Friday. But yet they can charge me for it!
I have called and talked to someone each Friday, I have "chatted" with someone about the issue and nothing has been resolved!
I am a business, and my dumpster is full by Friday, and they want me to wait until Monday to get a pickup and then pick up again on Tuesday. That makes a whole lot of sense.
Desired outcome: I want a refund for the missed 6 Friday pick up and to have service every Tuesday and Friday in which i contracted for!

Trash and recycling not picked up
Several weeks in the past 3 months our neighborhood in the Nevada City, CA rural areas recycling and trash had not been picked up as scheduled. Our scheduled Trash pickup days are every Tuesday and every other Tues. for Trash and Recycle. We have called several times and basically lied to saying they "will have a pickup tomorrow". It seems they have a pickup schedule that is they'll pick up as they feel like they want to.
We are still being charged by Waste Management for these missed pickup weeks. We should not be charged for these missed pickup weeks. As it stands, Waste Management owes us several free pickups.
Desired outcome: Please refund for the missed pickups. Be more honest with your customers.Please send trucks out to pick up trash and recycling immediately.

New residential service
To WM Management
Trying to contact a representative by phone is near impossible for new residential service.

After 5 attempts through 4 phone numbers I did finally speak with a
very helpful representative who transferred me to an agent for new
service. After holding near to 1/2 hour I gave up and terminated the call.
You must lose a lot of new customers who have a question after visiting your
online service order site and have no way to ask a representative a simple question.

Recycle and yard waste pickup
Address: Mill Creek Rd, Middleburg, FL 32068. Monday's we are to have yard and recycle pickup yet since I moved to this road, the only time recycle was picked up was when I called about a missed pickup. Again today, I have to call to get regularly scheduled service. There has been yard bags and bulk piles of limbs sitting across the street and it is an eye sore. Why? I call and tell whomever answers the problem is no service whatsoever on Monday's. The only truck that comes is trash on Tuesday. I work from home and I don't leave and I know recycle truck and yard waste do not show up at all. 2 phone calls and all I get is leave it out and we will be there or you need the right bins. How do you know I have the wrong bins if you never come down my road? Am I seriously going to have to call every time my bin is full or I have yard waste that needs to be picked up? I hope someone can and will rectify this situation. This road is on a route your trucks are skipping intentionally. I hope for some resolution because WM customer support is just not doing it.

No Services
This is into the FOURTH MONTH YOU PEOPLE have NOT abided by your contract. We have paid for EVERY month since being here. Since December 2022 YOU have NOT fulfilled your end of the agreement. We have FOUR MONTHS of garbage whose removal has been PAID FOR and YOU have done NOTHING. YOUR customer service is completely useless. Not one thing they 'promise' to be done has been done.

New Trash Bins
New trash cans delivered from WM. Only one. Can buy or rent another. MY trash cans are the exact same ones (possibly more sturdy) but same size etc. Why would I have to spend more money in this economy to put out extra trash. I rarely see a house with only one trash bin to be picked up. WM is not giving us a discount for doing less work. They will no longer pick up trash that is outside the bin. They have a monopoly in Ross Twp and are taking advantage of the customers.
Desired outcome: Let us use our bins if they are the same. Give us a discount on trash collection if they wont pick up anything outside the can.
