On March 13, 2026, I ordered an IPhone 13 Pro Max from Wamatek which I did receive on March 19, 2026. After having the phone for a short time it became obvious that the camera was not operating properly. I contacted Wamatek via email and was sent a return label and sent back the phone within their 30 day return policy. I was told that they had a replacement phone (gray in color) that would be sent as soon as the returned one arrived. After several weeks I emailed (no phone number works to reach the company) and inquired about my replacement phone. I was told that they didn’t have a replacement phone and would have to refund my money instead. Well it is June 30th and still haven’t received my refund and all of my emails now are apparently being ignored. I continue to reach out via email for updates but only hear….crickets!
So here I am still waiting for some sort of correspondence from a company that has my money and is holding it hostage.
Claimed loss: 398.52
Desired outcome: Refund
Confidential Information Hidden: This section contains confidential information visible to verified Wamatek representatives only. If you are affiliated with Wamatek, please claim your business to access these details.
Since you returned the iPhone within Wamatek’s 30-day online return window and were later told a refund would be issued, contact Wamatek again in writing and ask for a clear refund status.
Wamatek lists support@wamatek.com as its support email and its contact page also shows a store location at 9701 Valley View Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. The contact page does not show a verified phone number, so email and the website contact form appear to be the safest official channels to use. Wamatek’s return policy says customers should email support for return approval and that the company will notify customers once the return is received and reviewed.
In your message, include order number, the purchase date, delivery date, return tracking number, return label details, and the refund amount. Ask Wamatek to confirm the return was received, whether the refund has been approved, and the exact date the refund will be sent.
If they still do not respond, consider disputing the charge with your card issuer or payment provider and attach the order confirmation, return proof, tracking record, emails, and refund promise.
