I hired them to help with my taxes .I paid 4,000 and made monthly payments.while asking for the work they was doing. They would keep sending me to different people. I never got NOTHING done by them all they did was ask for more money. Somebody who reads this if they can help please. I am still behind. I hired them in 2014. And cannot recovery from this ut still haunts me today.

My husband received a letter from this company which has been having fraudulent practices all over the internet with a practice of moving into offices and soliciting innocent victims. After researching this, I found they have placed prominent ads that look as if they are a well established company on the internet and their letter claims they represent the taxpayer through expertise in resolving your tax problems. Shortly before we received this letter, we received multiple other types of correspondence threatening us as if it was legal IRS correspondence involving tax liens. What they don't know is that we already have a tax agreement directly with the IRS regarding our taxes and are not in a tax lien, having paid off such tax debt.

This company is preying on people's emotions in hard situations and should be investigated further by the government or the FBI for their fraudulent behavior patterns going from state to state setting up micro offices and this type of postal scam going on with a falsity of trying to make people believe they are either attorneys or a CPA or other IRS certified tax expert. Please note they indicate in their letter that they claim: "You will seldom be dealing with the same IRS employee, therefore, what one employee promises you may not be respected by another IRS employee" This is an outright lie. We have dealt with the IRS for years and the IRS directly follows notes that are submitted into your case files when you call or mail things into them. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS, we surely are NOT!

This company did not send in the correct information to the IRS and they kept taking that $400 monthly payment. We called and they asked us to fix the form and send it back, we did, but they still sent the same wrong information to IRS, repeatedly. My social security number was under my husband's name and vice versa. We were with them for 2 years or more and they took the money but did not do the job or send our money back.

Walls promised they would help me with my tax problems. 20 thousand up front a promise to lower my IRS and MS. tax debt. And 500.00 a month for 2 and a half years later no proposal had ever been made. Then when they said they were going to make a proposal the lady said they were going a proposal of 1 dollar. Yep 1 dollar. I made a surprised gasp and she asked what would I propose. I had about 8 different associates over the years and had a different one about every 7 or 8 months . The new associate didn't have a clue. So another start. They made it sound like I wasn't doing my part, they didn't explain anything to me. I was lost as a goose...played phone tag . They said I didn't return calls. I told them they could have emailed me as well as calling, btw I have caller Id that leaves a phone number when people call. They lied. We signed the contract with Wall and Associates. We signed the necessary papers and waited for the news from them, but they diddle-daddle too much. After some time, they asked to pay for these papers and promised to return money back, but it was another scam. Simply avoid these jerks and post comments about your experience with them. We wasted only money and haven’t received what they promised to us.

Wall and Associates is tax scam. Everything seemed legit until after I payed them, then it became impossible to reach anybody. I got excuse after excuse, out to lunch, away on business, in court, on the other line etc... but it was just stall tactics to keep me on the hook. They then tried to get money money out of me for "unforeseen circumstances". Once I figured out that no work was being done and called them on it, they got nasty, threatening me with lawsuits and hanging up on me when I called back time and time again. Its a scam pure and simple
