This company is a fraud! Alleviate Tax charged me over $3,000 and dragged out my case, only for me to contact the IRS and make a payment plan myself! It was a huge waste of time and money!

So, I decided to try out Alleviate Tax LLC to help me with my taxes. I gotta say, it's been a real struggle trying to get in touch with them. I had an appointment all set up, but I never heard back from them. I've been leaving messages and sending emails, but it's like they're ignoring me or something. It's really frustrating, you know? I just want to finish up my taxes and move on with my life. But it seems like that's not gonna happen anytime soon.

I got a call from Alleviate Tax LLC today, and let me tell you, this guy is absolutely amazing! He's like out of this world fantastic, a real awesome kid. You should be super proud to have him on your team.

I worked with Case Manager Stephanie M. She is amazing to work with. She helps a lot, is always on time, and very professional. She helped me a lot. I loved working with her, I recommend her to anyone who needs help from Alleviate.

I been workin' with Stephanie from Alleviate Tax as my case manager for a couple months now and she been great. She always there to get on a call with me and answer all my questions, give me step-by-step help on the process and stay on the phone as long as I need until I clear and feel much better informed. She real good at what she do, friendly and dependable and I highly recommend her services.

I'm really disappointed with Alleviate Tax LLC. They kept calling me over and over again when they were hiring me, acting like they cared a lot. But now, my wages are being taken away even though they kept telling me it wouldn't happen. I can never get any honest feedback from them. I'm at the point where I want my money back because it feels like they broke our agreement. They always give me the same excuse, saying they'll send me a report by the end of the day, but I never actually get them on the phone.

I tried calling and texting them multiple times, but received no response. Even after my taxes were filed, I still couldn't get a hold of anyone from the company.

What's worse is that I have a substantial amount of money owed, totaling over $8000 each year, and they were supposed to stop the tax garnishment. However, they haven't done anything about it. It's frustrating because I trusted them to handle my taxes properly and resolve this issue, but they have failed to deliver.

Dealing with Alleviate Tax LLC has been a major hassle. I just want to get in touch with someone who can help me resolve this matter and address the outstanding amount that I owe. It's disappointing that a company that initially seemed so promising has turned out to be so unresponsive and unreliable.

Alleviate Tax, they used some other company to make random calls without permission, trying to find people who fit their requirements. They're basically annoying telemarketers who waste your time and bug you. When I asked for proof that they're a real company, the person on the phone just hung up. A real company would have been able to give me that info. So, be careful if you deal with a business like this.

The debt I owe the *** was made 100 times more manageable thanks to Alleviate Tax. Their professionalism and knowledge of the subject matter made it comforting. A big thanks to *** for getting me started with the process and a HUGE thanks to *** for her invaluable support. Aside from being a professional at what she does and going above and beyond, *** always showed genuine empathy. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, for a job well done!

I hired Alleviate Tax to file my delinquent taxes and negotiate my settlement in October. The guy I signed up with was really convincing and engaging. Since then... after giving them over $10K, I've had multiple case managers who haven't done anything to help me with my dispute with the IRS. I had to do pretty much everything myself. Now that I'm at the point of having an appeals conference, Alleviate Tax suddenly tells me that because I haven't been in touch with them for the past 3-4 months, I have to pay another $195 to get their services back. Like, what?!.

We called this company for help with our IRS back taxes . They took all of my information including proof of income . Called everyday to collect my money saying they need to full payment in order to start my case . After collecting over 3700$ and constantly making accuses every time l called to check the status . They would ask for something else .Finally l I was told that my income was going to be will be a problem for the IRS cause l would have money left over . I Had been working with them for 4 months still paying monthly payments to the IRS and they scam us! I demanded a refund was offered 500$ when they did nothing to resolve anything for me

This biz has been contacting me when I never signed up for nothin'. I been gettin' unsolicited calls and texts many times durin' the day.

In 2018, I gave Alleviate Tax LLC a hefty sum of money, around $***.*** to be exact, to help me sort out my tax problems from 2014 to 2018. I even shelled out an extra $250.00 for their assistance with my 2020 taxes. But now, I can't seem to get in touch with them no matter how many voicemails or texts I leave. I've already given them all the necessary information, yet they keep insisting that they need more paperwork. It's frustrating because I really need their help, especially since I paid them a good amount of money!

I hired Alleviate Tax LLC to help me with my tax debt. They didn't reduce anything and didn't show any proof that the IRS rejected our claim. I also hired them to file my 2019 taxes. They said it got rejected but never bothered to call or email me about it. I called and emailed them for months asking about my taxes, but they never responded. They just made excuses about being closed due to COVID. This is the IRS we're talking about, not some random company. I paid them a lot of money and I expected professional service. They should compensate me or give me a refund for all the trouble they caused.

I got a call from this company, Alleviate Tax LLC, from a guy named ***. He was asking about my IRS tax debt. Now, I've had my phone number on the National Do Not Call Registry since 2006, and I never even signed up for their services. So, I wanted to know how they got my number. I asked to speak to someone who could explain it to me. But guess what? They hung up on me! Can you believe it? So, I called them back and guess who I got connected to again? Yep, ***. I argued with him a bit, and then they transferred me to another guy who didn't even bother giving his name. He was really dodgy about it. Finally, he asked for my phone number so that "someone could call me back." I told them they could only call me if it was to explain how they got my number, nothing else. But this guy couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I don't think I'm ever going to get that information from them. Good thing I recorded both calls.

I hired Alleviate Tax last year, in January , to resolve a tax matter with the IRS. My goal was to dispute penalties and fees and escape collection. I paid them a hefty sum of $18,000 to tackle my tax issue. They assured me that they would halt the collection process and reduce my tax debt. I patiently waited for months, hoping to see some progress and receive a solution from them. In the meantime, the IRS continued to send me letters, urging me to set up a payment plan. Alleviate Tax advised me to disregard these letters. Unfortunately, this company did not take any action to assist me. The IRS went ahead and levied my bank account, and they even placed a lien on my property. To put an end to the levy, I had no choice but to establish a payment agreement with the IRS. I am still grappling with the burden of a lien on my property, and Alleviate Tax has yet to deliver any results. They keep assuring me that they are diligently working on my case, but the case managers assigned to me change every two months. Whenever I inquire about the new case manager, I am informed that they no longer work there. It feels like I am being given the runaround. At this point, I simply want my money refunded.

At the end of July , I went to this tax law firm for help with my taxes. I paid over a thousand dollars and was told in December that I might qualify for a financial hardship, but my tax debt was already gone in March because of the statute of limitations. I let them know, but they said my taxes were filed in mid-February. I signed a form stating that the remaining balance was currently not collectible, but my wages were still garnished. As the 2020 tax deadline approached, I reached out to them to see if they had filed for me. I found out on my own that because my son was claimed by his dad, I had to mail in my taxes or risk being denied for claiming my child. They were aware of this situation but ignored it and filed my taxes electronically anyway. Now, my own 2020 taxes are done, but the IRS has no record of my 2019 taxes being filed. I was passed around to five different people to handle my case, but they never actually filed my 2019 taxes, even though I paid for both services separately. I tried contacting them, but I received no response.

In October , Alleviate Tax LLC hit me up 'bout my back taxes. The *** went ahead and took some of my Social Security cash and an ***. They said they'd put a stop to those *** collections and lower or get rid of my tax debt. I said okay and paid $500 upfront outta the total of 'bout $3,000. They said I could pay the rest in installments, but they never told me how many payments I gotta make. They keep buggin' me, so I made a few payments 'round $200. I gave 'em all the tax info they asked for, but I ain't got no proof that they actually filed my back taxes. Right now, and up to now, I ain't got no proof that they did ANY work, 'cept for lookin' into how much I owe and what they said they'd do. Just found out that on 3/9/22, they took $427.10 from my account without askin' me. I'm livin' on a fixed income (SSA), and this has put me in a real tight spot financially. I tried lookin' through the emails Alleviate sent me with the first contract I signed, tryna figure out my rights to end the contract and get a refund, but they deleted the contract. I ain't had no contact with this company lately, 'cept when they ask for more money. I feel like Alleviate Tax took advantage of my desperate situation and only wanted my money, not to actually negotiate with the *** to fix my tax problem. Can y'all let me know what my rights are and how this can get resolved?
