You are correct. In Alabama, counties, courts, social service organizations, etc. strictly follow the law of the Buddy System. When every single official within a county is on the same page politically, as is the overwhelming case currently, evil abounds and there is no stopping them.
My complaint is on Mr. Welch whom took Mrs. Copeland's place in Walker Co. Jasper Al. DHR. He is my case worker for food stamps and every time I've had to speak to him on the phone he has been so completely and utterly rude to me! For no reason at all! Talks to me like i'm so stupid because i didn't understand something that is HIS JOB to understand and explain to me! Frankly, i'm fed up with this incompetent [censored] talking to me in such a way, today was the 4th occasion and i sure hope it was the last because next time i'm recording him and sharing over social media.
