Date 2/1/2019 yet another day my mom is in bed, never has a bath, reuse of the same instrument to keep trach suction and cleaned, family concerns being ignored, not enough staff to residents, phones not answered when trying to check on mom, nothing to prevent feet from continuing to drop after repeated request, pulmunologist has not seen my mom yet, she is not getting the rehab needed physically for her to thrive, kept inside room all the time, never out with other residents, she never participates in any of the facility activities, never dressed and out of bed as requested, made to lay in bed the same way for long periods of time even when ask by family otherwise, she can not turn herself, she is just getting worse and worse due to the lack of interest by the people in charge of facility, my mom gets no interaction at all other than when staff decide they will change her diaper (which might be about three time the whole day.
