Vodafone — pathetic customer service!
Myself having vodafone connection under family plan max 10. As I wanted to move out to other plan, and wanted to cancel certain numbers, having very difficult time with company people. While visited to their vodafone shop, they instead of accepting letter, just gave lame excuse of first getting shifted to new plan and then cancel other numbers.
It seems vodafone is not taking customer's interest and want to show that the end user that is customer has to dance to its tunes. If this is the case, then be careful vodafone, it won't be surprising that people will say in india, in near future that vo (Woh) da (Tha) fone (Phone), the words put in the braket are synonymous with company's name, it means once upon a time there was a cell company called with name of vodefone.
The behaviour of company's staff will affect company's interest in long run. Hence requesting higher ups in vodafone to look into customer's interest.

We have applied for new postpaid connection in our company name under the CUG plan with Vodafone Mini Store representative located at Shop.2, Plot #3, Thandava Moorthy Nagar, Valarasaravakkam, Chennai - 600 087 . The representative Mr.Martin gave me new SIM cards on the 23rd April and not attending calls since then. Vodafone call centre also are irresponsive.
Hope this mail gets to their concerned department, as none of the call centres divert calls to the concerned person. All the call centre staffs are more of pre recorded devices then real people.

hi everyone if u r using vodafone . don't activate gprs in mobile for 24hr . as i am facing the problem for making it on for 24 + 30 days . i am having post paid connection and had added package of 99rs for mobile internet in vodafone. i am also having prepaid connection of Tata Docomo. In both sim, i had internet . i ma having HTC Wildfire mobile in which i use to switch these numbers . but for past one month i had put my vodafone number in that mobile . and for that i had been charged 1lakh and 45 thousand. i am not able to understand wat facility i am using in my mobile . And in my tata number i am having internet pack of 95 rs for 4GB per month and in that i had used only 1gb in one month ... So is vodafone is provding some other data with there gprs. ? or they charged according to time i had on the mobile connection.. ?

hi i my self is yasin dunge i had your no. [protected] before three month and then when i was in delhi one of the lady from your office called me so many times and forced me to pay bill instantly, when i return back from my office job then i paid bill amount of 1180 Rs. again she called me and told to pay bill i gave her that no of pay slip and then i told her to DISCONNECT my no. i dont want to use this no then she told that ok now your no. permanently disconnected and you will get your diposited money within 15 days in cheque.
now today at near about 18:30 one lady calle me and told that my no. is still active and my unbilled amount is 755 Rs how is this possible i cant got any notification from vodafone and no any bill so please do me a fever that DISCONNECT my no. and send me info regarding to this thank you for all

Vodafone is a criminal company. The logo dog is apparent to the culture of customer care staff. the abuse, threat, bark and abuse. I thought that this is an internation company but after getting connection no 982030xxxx in Mumbai I've got horrible experience with the call center supervisor. The company management know that they have appointed criminal outfits as supervisors. i've decided to get rid of the connection.
Beware of this company before getting connection. Company management can check the recording of the date 2-3-09, time 1AM to 2AM. This company not recommended.

I asked them to change from post paid to prepaid on 25th August an dthey said in 2 days it will be activated. so far today is 3rd Septmber no activation done. I had to visit the walk in shop at sunar nagar malad west to remind them.
