I became the last victim of this fraudulent company , I ordered a monogram on December 17th 2022, and like everyone here , I tried to contact them several times and the only answer has been an email saying they are short staffed, definitely this is a Big SCAM. File a dispute transaction with my credit card company. Please don't become a victim, NEVER order from this company.

I ordered a sign from this company on Novenber 12th. This item was guaranteed for Christmas. Tried to contact them many times by phone text and email and did not get any response from them. So i ordered a sign from another company and received it in 2 weeks. This company vometal center has very poor business sence. I was also charged immediately for the item. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I did receive the item today the 28th of December. Im very disappointed with the product it is very cheap material and very flimsy for the amount I paid for it. Also the sign was sticking out of the top of the box so the top is bent.

I ordered on December 8th for 3 24x24 signs. I reached out by calling the number to check on order, but there was an answering machine, so I left message. I got an email stating the company was busy and low staffed. I waited a few days and emailed, I didn’t hear anything back. I tried again and nothing. I tried messaging, still nothing. This is when I started seeing everyone else’s complaints and someone said they were closing the business. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get my money back $258.

I ordered on Nov 11, was charged on my card Nov 13 I’ve called numerous times with no response other than 2 generic text, 1: dec 5 Thank you for calling VO METAL CENTER. We are trying are best to get to back to everyone. We are short staffed while getting Christmas orders out the door.

Today Dec 22 still no product

I order a sign for a family member for Christmas a couple days after Thanksgiving. I got a confirmation email saying they received my order and my card was charged. I have recently tried to follow up with them and I get a generic email that is misspelled and with no information in the email regarding my order. All the email states is they are low staffed. I've sent another email a few days later and immediately got the same email sent to me with in seconds. I have reported them to the BBB as you should too, and im working with my bank to get my money back. Please no one use them, they are very good at making it seem like they are real.

I ordered from VO Metal Center. I’ve left multiple voicemails with no response except for the same recording. We are short on staff trying to get Christmas orders out. I paid $74.84 for a 14 x 14 Metal Sign. It took forever to get here — I’ve been leaving multiple voicemails again let them know my order is not right with i’ve been leaving multiple voicemails again to let them know my order is not correct! they still will not respond! I've left multiple emails. My problem is the sign is not 14x14, and the A in Wakins is messed up. I will add pictures of the sign.

I ordered 5 metal wall hangings for my children for Christmas on December 13th. The next day I was debited twice for the same order from 2 different accounts at my bank, so I started doing some research to find a phone number for customer service. I ran into some very disturbing information online. They didn't get a very good rating from a couple of the reviews I was looking at, which has left me to believe I was probably scammed. I am sad for 2 reasons, my children won't get a Christmas present now, because all my money is gone and the second reason, I am appalled at the mortal deterioration of our society. Everywhere you turn someone thinks they need to find a way to seal others' money and identity. What is this world becoming?
