I ordered the american eagle sign and the side by side sign back in December and never received them, even after numerous emails and phone calls only to keep hearing they were understaffed. The purchase order number is 6570 and the items were In God We Trust eagle wall art red/silver/blue and the U.S.A flag ATV monogram custom Jones. these were supposed to be presents for my family. Now I'm out 149.00

Order # C45ZW05QM. I order a sign last December 2022. Never received sign or communication ever shipped. I paid $229.00. I left multiple messages on their phone, no call backs. I numerous sent emails no response. This company defrauding customers. Facebook should ban this company from advertising on FB. There are multiple complaints on this FB complaint page of same issue. This is bad business for Facebook. Gives FB a bad eye too.

This is interstate commerce thus broken federal law. My next step is filing a Police report.

This company advertises on Facebook. I ordered and paid for two metal signs in November ($102.40), was told they would arrive in time for Christmas. That has come and gone, no response to numerous emails, no response to numerous phone calls. Don't buy any products from this company. They are a scam. I can't believe they are still advertising.

The company could at least respond to people. Just want my money back.

Place an order for two items, received one of the items. The second item, I received somebody else's order. Not the order that I had placed. I received the White family sign with their name on it. That's surely ain't my name mine starts with an A. I've notified them by email, phone calls, text messages. And on any of them platforms I receive we are still trying to take care of Christmas rush we're bound back orders, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. It's the end of February almost March. And now when I email, that email address don't exist anymore.

My name is Lorraine M Davis. I place an order with VO Metal on 12/26/2022. It was paid in full with confirmation number 10293. I have email and call them several times. I cannot speak with anyone. A recording answers and hangs up. Emails sent 01/03/2023, 02/06/2023 02/08/2023. There's is never a response to my emails I will like my refund back. Is this company real?

Hello, my name is David, my wife and I ordered a metal-sign for our camp from your company on 12/03/2022 and we have yet to receive our sign. According to your website it states that custom-made-orders within 5-15 days, well it has been well over 60 days and still have not received our sign, nor have we received any email up-dates… nothing. We had paid for the sign in-full, so it would have been nice to keep us informed on the progress of our order. I understand you may be experiencing some employment issues, that seems to be happing everywhere these days; That’s what makes it so important to keep your customers informed on the progress of their orders. I think we all would have patients… if we just knew our orders where being filled. I believe by doing this, it would, in-turn, cut-down the number of complaints you're getting online due to the delays.

It would very-much be apricated if some-one can please reach-out and up-date us on our order, or at the very-lease refund our $155.00 so we can go else-where for our sign. We would like to have it in time for us opening our camp.

I placed an order Dec. 27th and my payment was processed Dec. 29th and I have tried to contact your company close to a dozen times since that time to inquire about the status of my order. Every time I sent an email I received an auto reply that said you were short staffed and still trying to process Christmas orders... I received that same message for at least 4 weeks in January, but then as of last week my email bounced back as undeliverable and said that address didn't exist.

On 11/20/22 ordered two signs from vometal... Order number 4568 in the amount of $115.45 and order number 4570 in the amount of $$99.34. Numerous times to contact, sent emails and now today says no such email.
I have contacted the BBB, paypal and now the state general's office.
These people suck and need to have something done.
Sad thing is they probably operating under a new name and same crap being done.
Bet their families had a nice Christmas on everyone's money.
Thieves... That's all they are.

I ordered 3 signs on 11/06/2022 order number 2722. I paid for 3 signs. I have only received 1 sign. I have sent numerous email messages and have tried to call and have got the same response as everyone else complaining about this company. When I asked to get a refund on the two items I have not received I got no response whatsoever. Either send me the two items I didn’t receive or give me my money back.

I have sent several emails with no response in return I've called several times and the message says they will get back with us but I've never received a return call I've never received any concern whatsoever about my purchase getting completed all I know is that they took my money which was considerable for someone on social security who saved up to buy this and now I'm really upset because I don't have the funds to replace this item.

Will be asking the BBB to investigate if I can't get a receive date asp. Ordered from VOMetal center on 12/02/2022. The order number is 6790 . The price was $57.36 and was charged on my Discover card and they received payment right away. After two emails I get the same answer , " your order is in process and we will email you as soon as it ships. I see other reviews on this company with the same problem . This company needs to be looked into.

I ordered on 12-05-2022 and paid $153.75 and have never received my item. I have called multiple times and emailed, etc. with absolutely NO response. I will contact my credit card company to see about getting a refund as I am assuming that I have been scammed. I will also be looking into submitting a complaint against this company to the Better Business Bureau.

We ordered two items from this sorry excuse of a company totaling 178.50 and never received the product. Made numerous phone calls and emails with zero response. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and hired an investigator. Next I will contact MN Secretary of State office and attorney generals office and files complaints with them. I encourage others to do the same so we can stop the criminals.

I ordered and paid for a piece on Dec 9th 2022 and have still not received my product! It was a Christmas present! I have sent several emails and phoned the company and they only respond with generic emails saying they are backlogged and busy. I have also called and get nothing but an answering machine saying someone will be right back with me! It's all horse manure and I want my money refunded! I am so totally embarrassed that I bought such a nice gift yet it never made it to the giftee! Give me my money back!

I received somebody's order by the name of white when I was supposed to receiving the yard gnomes. I've sent numerous emails text messages and voice mail on their phone message saying you're busy because it's Christmas getting the Christmas orders is January 20th Christmas is long over with says New years what really got a lot of balls is I'm getting sale email from them blowing me up almost every other day to buy more [censored] when they can't even fulfill their orders or even return your messages I made the mistake of not paying it through PayPal cuz it did not give me that option and usually I don't buy [censored] unless I can use to PayPal so you can file the grievance when they screw you like these [censored]s did.

I saw this company on Facebook, I ordered a sign for $61 on December 5 because the webpage said guaranteed delivery for Christmas, today is January 20 and I haven’t received my order, I have tried calling number on customer service page goes straight to a voicemail that hangs up on you before you get a chance to speak and they won’t respond to emails to their customer service. I get messages from them every day, now one about Valentine’s Day specials. I have reported them to FTC and they recommended also filing a report with FBI online scam reporting website.

I purchased Christmas items on Nov 20th and still have not received anything. They send generic emails that they are understaffed and trying to get orders out. Voicemail says same thing as well as instant message. They took my money and have not produced a product. They have several MN addresses that are bogus. I so wish I would have done my research before purchasing. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Paid $62.36 on Dec 6th, received nothing have heard nothing back other than the same standard sorry we are busy email every one else is getting. requested a refund more than once still have heard zero. I want my money back! This Company is nothing but a scam. After researching the owner Cade Chouinard found out that he was involved with a scam to get a tobacco license for someone else who had lost their tobacco license (selling to minors) he was denied, these people are scam artists.

I placed 2 orders of signs, I’ve sent an email asking for an ETA and received an email stating they are short staffed and trying to get Christmas orders out. This was on Christmas Eve, at first I was thinking the order will just be late. I sent another email, I will just find a local place I can trust, I don’t want to wait anymore and I’m thinking this website and business is fake at this point, so I’m asking for a refund, screen shot my purchase in the email and no response. I have no order and no refund

I ordered online a metal sign from this company. I havent got it and its been since 10-25-22. I have called the company and only get a recording which I have left messages. I also have emailed the customer service about 8 times. Always the same answer. We are under staff and trying to get all the christmas orders out. I feel that I have been scammed.
