So, I gave $3k to the salesman on September 1, 2022, for a 24 x 48 pole barn. Check cleared the next day. I called and texted a lot after they promised delivery in 4-6 weeks. But now, the business is closed. *** said he'd make it right through his *** business, but Dixieland ain't keeping their word. This is costing me money, and I need action - either the barn or my $3k back so I can find a place for my sheep before it gets cold and rainy. The *** office couldn't even say when they'd deliver. That's just not cool.

The builder asked me to replace a 6x6x16 that was warped, so I went to Lowes to get a new one. I told *** about the wood and he said the builder could fix it. On the second day, the builder couldn't get the roofline right because of the warped wood. He was missing metal and one of the trusses had a big bolt hole. I called *** and sent pictures, but he hasn't called me back. I want a refund and for them to take the pole barn away.
