ok, so i spent a lot of researching products and knew exactly what i wanted in a facial product. i found the product on vitasprings.com and placed the order. i spent 135.19 on 3 products. 2 were the same and one is was on back order. the 2 products that arrived WERE NOT THE PRODUCT THAT WAS SELLING ON THE WEBSITE. the site showed a different picture and also listed the ingredients. WHAT I GOT WAS A LOWER VERSION WITH DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS, same manufacture. i could have bought this product elsewhere and saved 25.00 on each bottle. I contacted the company thru email with all the information, pictures, stating that what i received was not what they are selling. gave the different ingredients, everything they could possibly need. i finally heard back from them 5 days later saying they wanted i picture. i sent the picture. then they say:Hello,
The manufacturer informed us the packaging has been changed. If you do not wish to keep you can return back to us.

[protected] BULL ###, the manufacture sells both products! the packaging didnt change cuz the ingredients also are different. its their mistake(on purpose). they will not refund. i asked for a refund of one of the items and we could call it even! and that i shouldnt have to pay to send it back. they are refusing. these were Christmas gifts and i just got screwed! then they contacted me again

[protected] they are so rude. i called the # and they advised that it was ### but i didnt order from them so their is nothing that they can do.they also said that my backorder(witch i found out calling them) was cancelled and a refund was given to me 2 days ago. i have no refund in the bank and i never received an email stating this but of coarse after all this, they didnt give me ###. i almost want to get a ###ing lawyer! i have copies of all emails and transactions!1
