I'm not sure if I should write a review or not. On one hand, I don't want my competitors to find out about this awesome company called Nutracap. On the other hand, I want to acknowledge their great work. You see, in the supplement industry, it usually takes about 8-12 weeks to get things done. But not with Nutracap. They can get things done in just 5-6 weeks, sometimes even quicker. Working with Curt and his team has been really great, and I'm really happy to have a connection with him and Nutracap.

One of the best and fastest companies I've ever worked with. They did my order quickly and kept me informed. The staff was really smart and helped me make good choices. Justin made everything easy and always went the extra mile to talk to me, even after my order was done. ***, who did the pictures, was awesome and did exactly what I wanted, and made the small changes I asked for really fast. The product is even better than I thought and my customers can tell. I'll be a customer for life.

I've been waiting for my order from NutraCap Labs for 12 weeks now. I paid upfront for it, a whopping 14k. My rep, Josh ***, is a total liar. He never returns my calls, and when I tried to complain, he finally called me back just to yell at me. The assistant keeps saying it takes 6 to 8 weeks, so I should be patient. But it's been 3 months already. I think Josh just forgot about my order for a couple of months and then rushed it. It wouldn't be a big deal if he just admitted it or said sorry, but he's such a big shot.
Today, they told me the order shipped last Friday, but they don't have tracking. It's Wednesday now... let's see if it actually arrives. Why wouldn't they have tracking? This is our second order, and there won't be a third. They've been saying the order would be delivered next week for the past month.

1 year ago I decided to private label 5 different types of supplement bottles (5,000 units for each type). As I did my research across the internet, I managed to find a lot of different manufacturers. I must have called 20-30 different places trying to get quotes. Some took too long to get quotes to me or their website didn't give much information on their facility, so it led me to not go forward with them. But when I did come across NutraCap Labs, I was very impressed by their website and live videos showcasing their manufacturing facilities and offices. I contacted them for pricing and decided to go forward with them. Ryan from NutraCap hands down showed me the best customer service out of all the other companies I called. He quickly e-mailed me the price quotes, always picked up the phone when I had questions, he was on top of his game every single time I reached out to him. Lastly, out of the 5 supplements I private labeled, I only created 3 through NutraCap. Looking back now, I wish I had done all of my bottles through them. The other company I went through for the other 2 supplements - was a nightmare! NutraCap's process was a breeze. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

I placed my first order with Nutracap Labs August . The order was for 144 units of their whey protein and 144 units of their vegan protein with their tier 2 design. It is now Feb. 24th 2021 and they still have not fulfilled my order. It's been over 7 months and I have not heard from Nutracap about my order. This is absolutely unacceptable and their claims of lead times on their website is misleading and outright wrong.

I spent more than $2,000 on white label supplements in December . It's been 18 months now and I still haven't gotten the supplements. I've sent many emails asking about my order, but no one has replied. I want my products or my money back.

I used NutraCap, also known as NutraSkin, to make 4 formula samples for me. They assigned me a representative named ***. She gave me two invoices (Invoice *** and Invoice ***), and I paid them right away. I've tried contacting her many times, but I found out that she doesn't work there anymore and the number she gave me doesn't work either. As a last resort, I tried reaching out to other representatives, but I haven't heard anything back about my request.

I've been working on a preowrkout with NutraCap Labs since October . But, I still haven't received the product. It took more than two months just to make the label. And now, even though I ordered 288 units, they only made 144. I just want them to ship the 144 units that I already paid for (I have the email invoice), but I can't reach the company. Every phone line is disconnected (main line and HR says mailbox is full). I feel like I've been scammed completely. They keep changing the timeline, and I've lost a lot of potential profits by waiting for months without any compensation or acknowledgement. This is totally not acceptable.

My biz has contracted with NutraCap Labs to make 2 diff custom nutritional supplement formulas, Stress Formula n HTP Plus. - On 5/19 I placed an order for 288 bottles of Stress Formula, paid 50% deposit n was told it would be ready to ship to me in 5 weeks (their standard turnaround time). - On 6/21 I received email that product was finished n paid the balance owed. - On 7/7 we received the shipment n the wrong product was sent. They made a mistake n manufactured our HTP Plus product, instead of Stress Formula. - On 7/16 We discussed the problem n were eventually told that if we were willing to keep the product that was sent, they would get the right order out in 2 weeks n extend a $3/bottle discount. - On 8/12 we were told it would be ready the next week, but it wasn't without an excuse. - On 9/15 we were told it would be ready the next week, but contacted them without an answer yesterday. I've been working with NutraCap Labs for over 3 years. At first, it was good, but things changed with my last order. I paid a deposit in Oct 2021 and sent in the label for my new product. The lead times were supposed to be 8-11 weeks, but they doubled. When I reached out, their communication became slower and they made excuses. It took them 3 months just to edit and print the label! Finally, in March, 5 months later, the products were ready. But it wasn't over yet. After shipping to the warehouse, 179 out of 259 bottles had blurred printings and were defective. They initially asked me to return and reprint, but I told them they should cover all the shipping and related costs if I returned them. They didn't respond to my emails, calls, or messages for a week. Finally, they agreed to refund the defective bottles. In July 2022, I placed another order to compensate for the defectives and also ordered another batch of a different product. It took them over 6 weeks to edit the label for the other product, even though it only needed a few minor changes that would take 30 minutes of work. It's been 8 weeks since I paid the deposit and I still haven't received any products, even though they had labels for the defective product when I placed the order. This week, they told me they just got the labels back from printing, so they're starting to count the lead times from now on. This is completely unacceptable. The wasted weeks on label editing should be included in the lead times. The defective products have already cost me a lot of money, not just the cost of the defectives themselves, which they refunded, but also the shipping fees and related costs and the time wasted. Needless to say, I've already lost a lot of potential profits by waiting months for this batch. I thought they would at least deliver this order a bit faster to show some sincerity in acknowledging their fault and my loss. I was wrong. This is totally unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
