I have contacted my bank - Barclay's/fraud dept, and a consumer program 'Watchdog' BBC. Also the 'Serious Organised Crime Agency' -
SOCA, the police agency who work internationally. I hope between them they will put a stop to there fraudsters.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This company is a fraud. The package of trial product had no product inside when delivered to my post office I was charged $5.95. I cancelled my risk-free trial before the 15 day trial period ended and the company charged my credit card $79.95 the next day. I have sent numerous emails to their customer support and talked to their billing department. I was emailed three different times stating that my credit card would be refunded.
finally im also the victim of this ###...never get refund from the company...just getting email...soon soon soon..
but this soon never comes...don't know what to do
I signed up for a trial bottle for 5.99 and they took the funds out of my account, NEVER sent me the trial, then took an additional 75 out of my account later!
