VitalChek is a scam. I placed an order that was "allegedly" fulfilled, but I never received it. VitalCheck demanded that I pay additional fees for a second order. In my opinion, the first order was never fufilled as neither Columbia County, FL, nor VitalCheck, could provide proof that the order was completed. Their argument is "we mailed it and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable." I am of the opinion that VitalChek is a scam. They take your money and don't provide the product.

Claimed loss: $22

Desired outcome: Refund.
