VitalChek can't be pleased with any effort I make providing my Notarized form to prove I am who I am. First they can't read my printed name advising it be typed in. Now if I only knew anyone who still owns a typewriter.
I spoke to Customer Service who assured me if I fixed that problem, my form would sail through but now they claim the dates on the form aren't "formatted" correctly and I have no clue what the problem is.
Taking a fresh form to be Notarized again tomorrow. Honestly I'd rather just cancel but according to the VitalChek website, they do not give refunds.
Recommendation: Avoid at all costs
