After paying $170 for 2 documents, 1 has both names misspelled and is essentially unusable. To get a corrected document via Vital Records directly, I will have to pay for them again. This is unacceptable particularly since they are supposed to provide a necessary service. This has already caused a significant delay and now may cause an application to be rejected since I only have a short time to respond. Thank you for nothing. And then - just to file a review, my personal data may be compromised - just great.

Recommendation: Go directly to the source if possible - but expect even more delays as everything is done via mail.
