VitalChek – Do not waste your money!

First, I pay for my birth certificate but need my marriage certificate as proof of my maiden name, so my birth certificate order was placed on hold. Then I pay to get my marriage certificate (as proof of my maiden name) and receive an email stating "Documents approved! Your order is now complete. You will receive an email once your order is shipped." This was Monday, 4/21/2025. Then on 4/24/2025 I receive another email stating VitalChek Order - REFUNDED! The request for a refund has been approved (for my marriage certificate) but I never requested a refund. I tried calling their [protected] number but was on hold waiting for someone to take my call for over two hours! SMH! I gave up and hung up. So I emailed them, this was on 4/24/2025. No response as of yet. Today I emailed them to cancel my original request for my birth certificate. SMH!

I strongly discourage everyone from using this site.
