VitalChek review: Do not use
This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.
When I made an error in my order they refused to correct it, stating they are a 3rd party and once they submit the order to a state agency they can't change it. They supposedly represented me but did nothing to remedy the situation, even going so far as to tell me that the state agency told them to tell me not to contact the agency. Going forward, go straight to the agency. SKIP VITAL CHECK. It's not worth it.
Recommendation: Go directly to the government agency, don't use Vital Check
