This company is a scam, some people report a positive experience. I highly doubt these "customers" are actual people, if they are maybe this is done tactically so the company doesn't get shut down.
I ordered my daughter's Birth Cert 3 weeks ago, VitalCheck responded with a (A name appears to be incorrect, call our customer service number to resolve this issue).

I have been on hold for an accumulation of 6 hours. I have sent 4 emails now to the company trying to resolve this. I even uploaded my own Driver's License, Birth Cert, Passport and SSN card. And they are now sending me automated responses for needing more information from me. DO NOT USE THEM. They are a scam and they are not a legitimate service. Avoid at all costs!

I plan on reporting this company and it's parent company (LexisNexis Risk Solutions. And pursuing the steps necessary for a class action lawsuit. Every single reporting/governing agency is going to get visibility on this company.
