Have paid them twice for the same set of documents haven't received the documents, complained to their customer service and they said they would put in a request for a courtesy copy. A courtesy copy is what we request for if we hadn't paid double or got it and needed another, seeing as we haven't got any of what we paid for it's not a courtesy copy it's just what we paid for. Do not use this service. Use the official website of the county/state you need the documents for or email them directly it might be less convenient but at least you won't be getting ripped off.

Claimed loss: ~$50

Desired outcome: I would like to get what we paid for or a full refund, neither of which is options they offer, their business model is pay them and hope for the best.
