I ordered a couch on Amazon by VirVentures on July 10th, it was a great deal and we didn't NEED a couch but for the price, we ended up giving away our beautiful wood Futon to make room for the couch that was suppose to be delivered on July 24th, they canceled the order this week, but said I could reorder it now that they increased the price on the item over $1000! Such terrible treatment of customers!

The worst! I ordered something directly through the virventures website a few weeks ago and still have not received it. I have called and emailed this company at least a dozen times. No one ever answers the phone. I received one return phone call, and they could not give me any information regarding my order. Then I received an email asking me to give positive feedback about my order... How is this possible since I never received it?! That was 2 days ago, and I still have no resolution. Keep in mind, the money was taken out of my account the day I placed the order. Do not order anything from this company!

On Jan. 31, 2020, we ordered a garage shed for over $3000 from Walmart. However, after ordering we found out the seller was actually Virventures. The item was defective with misdrilled holes and can't be put together. We called the number in the package which turned out to be the manufacturer. They gave us the number to Virventures. The customer service of Virventures STINKS! They keep giving us the run-around. We have complied with everything asked for, pictures and an explanation of the issue. We have also sent the info to the manufacturers email at uspolymersinc. They are no help either.
We have a return window of until March 14, 2020. And from what I read from others, they will keep postponing until it's past the return date.
I have contacted Walmart and their customer service rep is helping to take care of this issue. Who can afford to lose over $3000? This company (Virventures) is a scam. Beware!
We have asked for a return (RMA) label at their expense AND the total purchase amount of $3060 credited back to our credit card!

The manufacturer has stated, "In order to verify that the holes were drilled wrong, we will need pictures of the whole part. Please include the quantity of each part that has this defect."

Attached are the pictures of the pieces that do not screw together properly. We had tried everything to get them to fit together!
There is a total of 16 pieces for each side.
There should be all small holes on pieces RS6H and RS7H as pointed out on on of the pictures. Since they don't fit together as drilled, the screws fall thru.
I would appreciate receiving the return tag as soon as possible since the return date ends March 14.

This had already been "escalated" to the manufacturer. And the pictures sent were what they had requested.

Ordered a wheelchair on 1/2/20. The chair is coming from third party vendor Virventures. When ordered the website indicated I would receive it on 1/6. I did not. I received an update via the tracking number that I would receive it on 1/9. I did not. My shipping address is SC and the chair was sent to West Palm Beach. I called the vendor 3 times and left messages. I did not receive a call back. I called Walmart and you managed to get the vendor on the line. They then proceed to tell me the chair is being sent again and I should receive it in 5 days. I informed them I want it overnighted. It has already been a week since I ordered it. I could go out and get one quicker. They bounced back and forth with me and told me they need 24 hrs to see if they can expedite it. I said that 24 hrs is the overnight period. They said they may be able to get it here for Monday. They are supposedly looking into it and will call me. I highly doubt that will happen. I AM OUTRAGED! This is a wheelchair. A NECESSITY for a stroke victim. Not a frivolous sweater or pair of shoes. i advised Walmart to cease their relationship with this vendor as their failure reflects on them. Purchased shelterlogic tape through Sears who apparently goes through Vir Ventures. They say it was delivered however I did NOT receive it. They will not send the product nor will they refund my money. This is all over a $12 roll of tape! I will never do business with this company again and I will tell everyone I encounter what happened. I'll be dammed if these greedy [censored]ing [censored]s get a cent of my money!

1. Falsely advertised wood grain colored mirrors as copper.
2. Refused to take the product back- but was sold on walmart with no blatant notice they wouldnt accept returns.
3. Item was within the standard 30 day period. I just opened the box a bit later as we are remodeling and I didnt want them to break.
4. Basically i feel like im being economically raped and swindled.

Customer Service from Vir Ventures is horrible. We bought a TV stand on Sears.com and the order was fulfilled by Vir Ventures as a Marketplace vendor. The FedEx driver damages the item at delivery. We did accept delivery and had it sent back. After multiple phone calls, messages and emails to FedEx, Sears.com and Vir Ventures we were finally told that we would be guaranteed a refund. I have talked with customer service reps from Vir Ventures almost daily for over a period of almost 10 days. Every time I call it takes the rep 15 to 20 minutes to research the order details and every time I'm told to expect a refund within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 10 days. FedEx returned the damaged item. Sears.com authorized the refund however Vir Ventures has yet to credit our account claiming they are still processing the complaint. I seriously believe Vir Ventures is no a legitimate company and is scamming innocent retail customers. Buyers Beware, avoid the name Vir Ventures at all costs. It cost us over $250.00!

"I purchased a bottle of Jadore perfume as a Christmas gift through Wal-Mart from Virventures. The bottle leaked as it has a defective seal. I contacted Virventures within the 30-day return window about the problem. Virventures waited more than 14-days to respond to my email which put it past the 30-day return window and then rejected my return request. They also refused to respond to a Wal-Mart C/S inquiry. They are horrible...don't purchase from them!

I ordered this bed on Houzz to have in time for holiday guests. My Amex was charged and Vir Ventures indicated that the bed had been shipped and was due to arrive by November 22. That time came and went and no bed. When I tried to track the shipment, there was no tracking number provided and VirVentures did not answer the phone. Finally, after many e-mails, they refunded our money, saying they were having problems with their shipper. No apology, no offer to make it right -- just 'too bad.' That lack of service and customer care is outrageous. I am sure that had I not contacted VirVentures, they would not have bothered to let me know the bed was not coming. Houzz is lowering its standards by being involved with this company.

Today i purchased the x rocker pro series Pedestal wireless gaming chair from the Walmart.com website the website said there was only 4 left but I just wanted to check one more site to see if I could get a seller from Canada instead but they were all sold out. So I went back to the Walmart.com website and now it said there was only 2 left so I quickly added it to my cart and checked out for $225.60. Not even 5 hours later I was just browsing the site again for more Christmas gifts and the same chair pops up for $159.97. So I am just shocked and wondering what is happening.
So should I cancel the first order and reorder for the lower price? or can I just be refunded the difference?

expected delivery of whynter arc -148 portable air conditioner on 9/15/18. On 9/12/18 above item was left beside trash outside of duplex building in the rain without notice of proposed or attempted delivery. The box was totally wet and
coming apart. I cannot except this item under these conditions with such a cavalier regard for an expensive product you market seeking to promote and
encourage public interest in product.
I will an accept a replacement. I have not received no communication in regard
to this item - no order, no delivery date or signature of acceptance. Please get
in touch as soon as possible. The purchase was from sears so you should have
order information.

Ordered through Walmart and this company was the 3rd party provider. Completely UNETHICAL company. I cancelled the order within 24 hours, they confirmed multiple times over the phone that I would receive a full refund once I refuse the USPS package, which I did. Then they hit me with a 20% restocking fee. I called my credit card provider and disputed it and we are dealing with this now.

I will honestly never do business again with this company or Walmart marketplace ever again!

FedEx has no record of tracking number being used by VirVentures.
Purchase was made through Houzz.
They are supplying the information as the phone number listed on VirVentures web site
is not in service.
I have no way of looking into this other than via email or phone calls, which are not
being productive.
I have been told the shipment will arrive on Thursday, July 12th.
I have no expectations that this will happen!

The order number is4201873-842944 and no one seems to know what this is. The page
that I should have been able to return the item is a mess and goes no were. I will never order through Walmart and use there so called Market Place page again. I still have the cover unopened and would like to get my money back and this should not be this hard
to return. It gives all these areas where you should be able to return things and I can't
do this. This was ordered 6/8/2018 and I was told by Walmart that I would have to return this through the Marketplace. I feel that Walmart should be able to take refunds on these items and make it as easy for the customer as possible. I feel that I should get all my money back from them and should be able to do this at Walmart.

Buyer beware!

We ordered the "Lumex LF1600 Stand Assist" from VirVentures through Walmart.com to help an elderly man with standing so we could maneuver him back and forth to the bed from his chair. No where in the description did it state there was a height restriction.

We received the equipment and put it together and within 10 minutes we found out it would not work and that he was falling through it. Even the therapist said it would not work even using a gait belt.

We immediately boxed it back up and got it ready to ship back.

I contacted VirVentures, Scott Travis, to get a return authorization. He replied back stating that they could not accept items that have been used. He also stated that if the product was not used that they would charge me a 20% restocking fee. Well, 20% of $472.00 is 94.40. He further stated that if his company felt that the equipment was used, they would refuse receipt of the equipment and it would be returned to me.

When I replied back and told him that it was not used more than 10 minutes and that it was back in the original packaging without any damage whatsoever, Scott Travis replied back and then told me I had missed the return window of 30 days from the receipt of the product. It was not 30 days. We received it on February 21, 2018 and I contacted him on March 22, 2018. I still had 2 days before the 30 day window because February only has 28 days.

I have come to the conclusion that no matter what, VirVentures will not refund the money.

Now we are stuck with a huge piece of equipment that we cannot use. Had VirVentures disclosed that there was a height restriction on the Lumex LF1600 Stand Assist, we would have never purchased it. I feel they did this intentionally.

Furthermore, I am disappointed that Walmart would allow VirVentures to treat their customers in this manner.

I ordered an item through Walmart.com who placed the order with VirVentures. I immediately canceled the order both through Walmart and VirVentures. After confirming the order was canceled, the next day Virventures decided to ship the item anyway. The item was never delivered to me by UPS, but Virventures insisted on charging my credit card for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. In my opinion, this is FRAUD and they should be charged with a crime for their behavior. I am also surprised at Walmart for doing business with such a horrible company.

Completely fraudulent company, advertising on Amazon.com. They refer to Amazon.com's return policy, when in fact they have their own policy as well as a telephone number that is out of service. This is not a Texan company, but a Chinese slave factory with customer service reps located in either India or the Philippines. Purchased two bowls from Amazon.com - they didn't work - needed to return them - and VirVentures sends 5 spurious, confused emails, asking for things like order numbers, which they obviously had already. Fake, fraudulent, and should be reported to Texan authorities.

False and deceptive advertising on Amazon suggesting sale of 18 bones when they are actually selling 1 single dog bone. While they carefully fail to advise that this absurd price is for one bone, the listing absolutely implies that they are selling the box of 18 - a purchase I have made several times, including from this same company, apparently (according to the many, many complaints online) before ownership changed.
1) LISTING HAS PHOTOS OF THE BOX OF 18 BONES.
2) Listing STATES THAT PRICE OF $18.94 IS A 58% SAVINGS FROM THE LIST PRICE OF $44.82
Apparently they mean to suggest that a single dog bone retails at $44.82?!?
It saddens me that others have fallen for this fraud.

I cannot seem to get a return code nor can I get in touch with anyone via email or phone. Your customer service sucks. I will be calling my credit card company and filing a stop payment for the item that was damaged when we opened the box today. I have sent an email with all my contact info. This needs to be resolved. This was a Mother's Day present from our 5 year old son to his mom.
