Purchased thru Amazon, furniture came to me after more than 30 days, completely damaged; it can not be repaired unless you repair every wooden drawer including a marble top;
The seller responded that me as a customer is obligated to "inspect" the piece of the furniture and practically to stop the driver and the handler to open a box to inspect it; these days no one will stay to open a box on the street and due to the covid related issues, the delivery people are not also obligated to interact with the customers in any way, not to open any box, nor to deliver inside the house/apartment; this seller suggested me to return heavy piece of the furniture and my shipping cost would cost me close as the furniture itself; they keep responding just to keep you away from any help and customer service that they can provide; acme corp who manufactured this item also neglects you as a customer saying that they did not sell that but in the return instructions its clearly said that item shall be sent back to acme corp directly
