Customer Service from Vir Ventures is horrible. We bought a TV stand on Sears.com and the order was fulfilled by Vir Ventures as a Marketplace vendor. The FedEx driver damages the item at delivery. We did accept delivery and had it sent back. After multiple phone calls, messages and emails to FedEx, Sears.com and Vir Ventures we were finally told that we would be guaranteed a refund. I have talked with customer service reps from Vir Ventures almost daily for over a period of almost 10 days. Every time I call it takes the rep 15 to 20 minutes to research the order details and every time I'm told to expect a refund within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 10 days. FedEx returned the damaged item. Sears.com authorized the refund however Vir Ventures has yet to credit our account claiming they are still processing the complaint. I seriously believe Vir Ventures is no a legitimate company and is scamming innocent retail customers. Buyers Beware, avoid the name Vir Ventures at all costs. It cost us over $250.00!
