VinCustom.com review: What's to like?

I made three orders. Two were for T-shirts and the last for a zippered hoodie. I was not aware until after my experience that their business is not BBB-accredited, and after so many complaints, BBB gave them an "F" rating!

I was adamant about the insignia rating as this was a custom piece based on my submittal. The T-shirts fit decently and felt nice, but that was where it stopped. One of the shirts was missing the insignia, one had it right, but the Navy chevrons were for 'lifers' in gold, not red, which is standard. The other was missing and left the insignia area blank.

The hoodie had the wrong insignia, was a large but fit like a medium, and the zipper was for a girl (on the left). After waiting for these to be made in another country, taking more than 2 weeks, I was disappointed. When communicating in sales, they were very responsive and agreeable, but when issues arose, not so good. When I asked for a remake of the zippered hoodie, they said it was impossible and would not be done.

When I asked for a refund on the last two items and return labels, they acknowledged they couldn't do that either, but as a courtesy, offered me $10 on $73 worth of product! I now gave it to my bank in hopes of a refund or resolution.
