VinCustom.com review: Free is free... Not a mandated customization fee

I told this company over a year ago that mandating a customization fee for a free t shirt is not free... They didn't listen... So now it is time for the ftc to get a complaint... The shirt costs $1.60 and there is the mandated custom fee at $10 plus s/h which is expected so the shirt costs $10... Plus s/h... That is not free and it is a list of violations in retail sales
