Viking Steel Structures review: Not fulfilling building of garage

In 2020 we inquired about a steel garage prices and such. We had to put in a garage foundation according to code for our county. we let them know that the was done sent them pictures of foundation. We put $3000.00 down in April 2021 then many phone calls some were answered and then phone calls went unanswered and emails with no response. Of course they was a 100 day clause saying the days will start from the time the customer informs them their site is 100%level and ready. This does not include weekends and holidays. So we figured the date to be ready for install would be the 3rd week in Jan of 2022. Dec 15, 2021 they called to say they would install the 2nd week in Jan 2022 but I told them it would not be possible as my husband was having open heart surgery so that means the 100 days starts over again.
