Sanchez Construction is a total rip-off. They took $5000 from me for a job that was only half done. They made a huge mess in the front and back of my house and never came back to finish the job. Don't even think about using this company. I'm trying to get legal help to put a lien on their company. I gave them a 1-star rating because there was no option for zero.

Luis and his crew were pretty good from Jan to March . In April, they were supposed to finish a wroght iron and block wall but stopped coming. No contact for months. We drove to his home in June and he gave us an excuse he was in Mexico. Promised to come the next week and complete. It's now mid August and no response on our calls. We gotta hire a different contractor to complete the job. We are so disappointed that we ain't never using them again.

Luis is a scammer and stole 10k from us after we hired him to do some work on our house. He asked for half the money upfront, did a few small jobs, and then disappeared. It's been over a year and we haven't heard from him since. He didn't deliver any of the materials he was supposed to use the money for. Don't use this guy, and if you do, don't pay him upfront. There are other complaints about him on the internet, so be careful. I'm going to complain to the NM construction industries division and take him to small claims court.

It's so annoying to work with Sanchez Construction 'cause Luis, the boss, never picks up his phone or texts back. His voicemail's full, so you can't even leave a message. He and his crew don't show up when they say they will, and they don't even tell you they won't be there. We started with them in July, and they did okay on a simple job, so we gave them more work. But it's still not done, and it was supposed to be finished in September. I don't even know if they'll come back, so we gotta find a new contractor. Our neighbors hired them too, 'cause we recommended them, but they're having the same problems with communication and unfinished work. Luis said he'd email us an invoice, but we still haven't gotten it.

I got Sanchez Construction to do some flag stone work in my backyard. The job wasn't done right and still ain't done. The flagstone is all bumpy and making water puddles. Mr. S was supposed to come back and finish the job but he never did. I paid him $11,000 in full. I tried calling, texting and emailing him but he ain't answering. He was also supposed to give me the contract and receipts but he never did.

I paid Sanchez Construction 3 times on Paypal, as you can see in the pic. Most of the dough was for a concrete wall, which they did just like I wanted. But, I also paid $1250 for a 12 foot iron gate, and they were supposed to get another $1250 when it was done. But, they never finished it. At first, they gave me a bunch of excuses on the phone or in texts, saying it would be done soon. But, since July 1st, they haven't answered any of my calls or texts.

On Sept.22 2020 Sanchez Construction put up a cinderblock fence for us with a gate. We paid $2850.00 for fence and gate. They came and put up fence and said it would take 2 weeks for gate, after 2 weeks we started calling about gate, they would respond we will be out to put up today or tomorrow, eventually they stopped answering our calls (blocked I'm guessing) it is 8 months later and still have not got a gate. I called from a different number in April and they answered immediately and said he remembered us and would check and call back, never heard anything.

Luis S *** from LA & J CONSTRUCTION texted me on 3/23/22 'bout drywall work. He came by my place on 3/24/22 and said he'd do it for $1800. I gave him $950.00 upfront and he said his "fellows" would start on 3/27/22. But they didn't show up. I texted him on 3/27/22 and called him on 3/29/22, but he said his "truck broke down" and they'd come the next weekend. They didn't. He signed the check and deposited it on 3/26/22. Seems like he's done this to others too.
