I purchased 3 Air Conditioners and 1 Refrigerator on 22nd October 2025, and the payment was completed at the time of booking.
However, till now I have not received the products, nor have I received any proper response from your staff regarding delivery.
I was clearly informed during booking that delivery to the 4th floor is included, and no extra charges would apply. But now your delivery person is demanding additional delivery charges and refusing to deliver the products unless I pay extra. This is unacceptable and misleading.
I tried contacting your store/customer support multiple times but there is no proper response, which is extremely disappointing. This is not the kind of service expected after full payment.
I request immediate action on the following:
Deliver my 3 ACs and 1 fridge without any additional charges (as confirmed at the time of purchase).
Provide a clear delivery timeline.
Take strict action against the delivery staff misleading customers for extra payment.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consumer grievance forums.
