My experience at Sassoon Hospital, Pune was extremely disappointing frustrating. The overall Attitude of the staff special Ward No 21 sister was very rude behavior and complete lack of attentiveness towards patients. No one took proper responsibility or showed any urgency in addressing patient needs. Basic empathy, which is bare minimum expected from healthcare professionals, was missing.
