My experience with Victory Disability was extremely disappointing. They delayed communications, were often unavailable when needed, did not assist with forms, and neglected to notify me of appointments. I was asked to sign documents without seeing them, and after my claim was initially denied, they submitted a reconsideration without my consent.
Even after I terminated their services, they notified the Social Security Administration that while they were withdrawing as my representative, they insisted on claiming any associated fees from my pending claim.
Their lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable, and I am filing a complaint with SSA Office of Inspector General.
Recommendation: Do your research before hiring someone to assist you!
I am having the same problems. The worst was a reply in the message center to download my Blue Button medical files from the VA - AFTER I had received confirmation from SSA that they had everything they requested and we're in final review.
Correspondence feels like Chat GPT and AI digital transformation. The customer service phone number is a call center.
Things looked good in the beginning and communication was humanoid but once the case was in the final medical review process became very suspect with regard to professional services contractually delineated.
I think the draw is the "cap" they publicize on their cost for service. And the "positive" digital campaign that's flooding social media and search engines... Most specific the "VA" specialists. Recommend talking with American Legion or DAV for their recommended services.
