I'm probably just yelling into the wind, but I had a bad experience on your site. My cat Cece occasionally gets UTIs, and to avoid the huge vet bills, I thought I'd sign up for Vetser. I took a really stupid chance, and I signed up for the year, thinking it couldn't possibly be that bad.
Well, it was. Every time I take my cat to the vet for a simple UTI, she has to do as many tests as they can give her. Nothing is ever that wrong, and she always gets prescribed the same medicine, which does help her.
I told your veterinarian this, but he wasn't interested. I guess he assumes I am a neglectful pet owner since I use your site. Anyway, I left him a 3-star review, which made him upset. He messaged me that he was leaving a note in my account that my cat can't get any more medicine without doing these expensive tests, which she's done multiple times.
Anyway, I wish I had just paid for the $50 appointment and not the whole year, as now I can't use the service because there's a note barring my cat from more help unless I take her to the office for more money. I understand he doesn't like my opinion that he didn't listen to me, and maybe you shouldn't allow feedback like that if customers are going to be penalized for being honest. But leaving a bad note on my account making it harder for me to use the service I paid for isn't very professional. Just don't ask for feedback if it's too difficult to hear.

Desired outcome: I'm sure they won't do a thing. I'd like them to just charge me for the single visit since I'm not going to use this site again.
