Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Thousand Oaks They only cared about money and took too long to treat my pet!

They only cared about money and took too long to treat my pet! My poor C could have survived if they didn't waste time because I didn't want to sign a $1,000 form! I even inquired about paying in installments, but the vet bluntly said over the phone, "We can't do free work here."
