This place is terrible
This place is terrible. I went there in an emergency (9pm Sunday night). I had to sit in the parking lot for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Finally, I went in. My daughter's dog was attacked by her other dog. Her dog needed stitches under their jaw and 1 stitch above her eye. They put her to sleep to stitch her up. They kept her the rest of the night. They said her jaw might be broken and she would need to go to a specialist. They said they don't have an x-ray machine. I called at 8:30 am to check on my daughter's dog. They said the tech would be calling in 30 minutes. Two hours later, no call. My daughter finally called and they said, "Oh, she is ready to go home." I brought my daughter's dog to my vet to check her jaw and X-ray. My vet said no X-ray was needed. He looked at her mouth and felt around and said she did not have a broken jaw. He also said we were ripped off. It should have been around $600-$700. Don't ever go there.
This vet clinic is the worst ever!
This vet clinic is the worst ever! My dog had tape worms for 2 months because they didn't treat him right. They never told me that tape worms come from fleas and never told me to treat my dog for fleas. I'm a first-time dog owner and I told every staff member I met that I need information. My dog got sick and I told them that he still had so many worms. They said they would give him a shot, another deworming, and a 7-day oral treatment. But it didn't help at all. I paid for everything, but then they said they don't have the shot. They said they would get it in 2 days. They called me to come in for the shot and scheduled me for that day. But when I got there, they gave my dog an oral treatment again. Luckily, I noticed. They checked for the shot I paid for, and they didn't have it again. Apparently, they got a small shipment of the medication and didn't set one aside for me, even though I had already paid for it and had scheduled coming in. Needless to say, I took my dog to another vet who took proper care of my puppy. In 2 days, my puppy had no more worms! And the new vet was way cheaper...
