Terrible customer service! Got a bill for $100.00 on 03/16. Called twice in April '19 and October '19, but no answer. Receptionist said they gave message to ***, who sent the bill. Called her again in December '19, but she sent me to collection instead of calling back. Got a letter from Collection Agency on December 08/19. Don't know why she never answered my call. Collection Agency wants $271.93 by 02/24. Called Vet Center on 02/20, but no call back. Spoke with *** on 2/21, but no call back. Every time I call, they hang up or say *** is on phone with Collection Agency. Collection Agency called again on 02/25 and gave until 03/02 to pay $220.00. If Vet Center called back in April, none of this would've happened.

Southeast Vet Referral Center LLC is a total rip-off! They added stuff to my bill that I didn't even need and couldn't even explain why. They treated my poor dog like garbage, even though she has cancer. They wouldn't even let her out of her cage to go potty and didn't feed her for two whole days! When I asked them to walk her, they gave me major attitude. And get this, they made me pay for meds that my dog didn't even need! They didn't even try to come up with a solution for my dog's health problems, they just told me to pull the plug. Stay away from this place!
