Working with these guys was terrible. They never showed up on time and we wouldn't see them for weeks until we called to inquire what was going on. They made several mistakes which they then had to fix, which took them another month. What started as a leak in a kitchen wall took 6 months to fix. Will never use them again.

This company needs to be out of business. They lie, they don't communicate, they don't even do the work. When my house Caught on fire come they had me sign a paper while telling me at the same time that their company could not go into my mortgage and find out all my information that the paper I was signing while they were talking to me set different. They got total access of my information and had my mortgage company send them a check and changed my address to theirs. I had to send my mortgage company a letter saying DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING without my name on it as well, and send the check to me first. I'm Suing them for lost of time and mental anguish.

Don P. One of the most horrific experiences. Lack of supervision, poor labor practices, never on time, left property unsecured when specific directions were stated repeatedly, loss and damage to property which was allegedly stored off site, wife was forced to sign final release and denied a copy of same. After meetings with this company representative, our insurance carrier, and a deputy sheriff to report missing items (+/- $20,000.00) the company representative stated this would be subrogated to their insurance carrier for relief. Nothing was ever moved forward and am unsure if it was ever presented. I would not recommend this firm for any restoration work either large or small. Company stated all employees were vetted and bonded which was just one of several untruths passed on to us as the customer as well as stating none of their employees removed anything from the premises, why would an employee admit he or she removed something? Workers continued to use all washrooms and toilet facilities as well as resting areas in the undamaged part of the home when specifically requested not to do so.

BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely horrific experience. This company was assigned by USAA under the name "Vr Pooles Reconstruction And Restoration", aka "Response Team 1", aka "Venturi Restoration". If the number of names doesn't give you a clue, they are hoping you don't find all the customer complaints. Their job was to dry out a home. Instead their workers left open a window during a storm which introduced a new source of water damage to the home. The did the opposite of what their job description required. Other mitigations companies also noted how after a week, NO DRYING TOOK PLACE. They were more concerned with ripping off trimming to the home than bringing in generators to get the drying equipment running immediately. The cost to run generators, and the additional profit from waiting a week or two to get permits in order to clean all the mold growth was of more importance than getting the mitigation done right. Speaking of that trimming that ripped off the walls, I mean that literally. Sections of wall were ripped away with that trimming. Holes the size of fist were found just above the trim line. These people have absolutely no respect for your property and are only interested in padding their profits. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
