Venmo – Beware, be informed

Most unuser friendly app. No detail as to why you can't add a credit card to the app. When you do finally get the card added and you attempt to use that payment method, right off the bat, "this is a scam we stopped it". No explanation and the lack of customer service aren't enabled to service the customer to resolve the issue. PayPal ruined this platform. Thank God for other services. This one sucks.
