Vectone Mobile Holding “smart” rate

I topped up £10, sent smart to 345 and placed a few calls and after I checked my balance, I found out the smart rate had not been activated. After I called customer service, they told me they had some problem and eventually resolved it but i've been told I cannot get the money i've lost (around £7). I've suggested we should make a deal by receiving only a £5 refund but my reasonable offer was declined. As the problem was at their end, I was expecting them to take responsibility and compensate me but they refused?!?

Vectone Mobile Holding bad service and bad productions

It is a really bad service ever. I contacted them 2 days ago, and they told me that they will call me back during the day. But I have waited for 2 days and nobody call me back. I have so many problems with my sim card, i'm trying to contact them to help me out, but wait for ages and got no help. One day, I asked them for a pac number to transfer a sim, but they pretend not to give me due to technical problems. Now I don't know how to sort it out, because I can't throw my number. If anyone wants to get this card, please carefully considering whether to have it or not.

Vectone Mobile Holding they charged me 440 pound without any reason

Hello everyone, just for those who's on vectone contract. I'm willing to find someone who have had the situation as I had. Well I have got a vectone mobile card. I've been paying a monthly plan which was my direct debit for £10. One day I went to check my online banking, just to make sure everything's fine and saw that my 440pound was gone/taken from vectone. I checked all the statements, nothing was in there. The next day I went to my bank and they told me that a mundio mobile company (that's the same as vectone) took all these money... My card was empty, thank god that I had some cash on me... Well I haven't had a lot of time so I had to skip my work and go to the bank so they can tell me what should I do. Ive asked them to print off my bank statment to show them that they took all my money. Bank couldn't do that because it was anoutstanding bill and told me to wait more than a week until this bill will appear on my statment. Ive called vectone mobile company. They said that they cant see anything and just asked me to sent bank the statment. I couldn't do that so I had to wait. Ive been left without any money over a week. The only benefit was that im currenly working so after a week without any money I finally got my salary. Also i've missed my work and lectures for two days as I had to go to the bank and call that company. I rang to the company and asked them to check their system. They couldn't do that. I asked to talk with manager (because they been talking very rudly, even with a guy from the bank). They promised that he will call me (but he never did) so thats the story. I got 400 pound after 10 days... 40 pound is still missing. Vectone company can't explain me anything so I just want to warn you all don't use vectone sim card. Today I called them and asked to cancel my direct debit from the next month. What they have done - they cancelled today and I can't call, text and use internet now. That's the story... At the end, could anybody offer me a good sim card with good plans... I told them, if they won't give my money back I will share my story with everybody. So can you all share this, so people who are using this sim card will think about this company and their service. Thanks

Vectone Mobile Holding customer service

I bought 4 sim only pay monthly contracts. I had to call the customer support service a few times get my numbers ported from my old service provider. The people I spoke with to get the numbers ported had no clue about customer services. I was put on hold five times for several minutes before the agent could understand what application he had to open on system to take my pac codes. After giving all codes the agent mixed up my mobile numbers with wrong pac codes. I had to wait two days before my number could be ported only after I spoke with a manager. At that stage I decided that I will get the pac codes to transfer my numbers to other providers as I can not stand disorganised and no clue attitude service provider. This company is the worst every I have seen in the world. I have used various mobile providers all over the world but vectone mobile tops all with their good for nothing customer service. Customer service agents called kartik and madhu were the top worst agents I have every come across. Kartik started shouting at me when I demanded my pac code. I have so many - ve things about vectone that I really dont think its worth wasting my time trying to describe as I know people will avoid paying a company who has customer support based in india who have no idea of english language and any information about user's rights and our laws. No one would like to pay a company where you literally have to fight to get your pac code to transfer your number to other providers.in short please please please do your research.

i recived a message from the company that u top up £10 and get £10 extra for free means £20. . next day i top up of 10 bt i didn't get free balance.i shall b vrey thankfull to you if you take a serious action against this complain.thanx

Vectone Mobile Holding sim card and customer service

1, horrible customer services. I was asked questions in very inappropriate tone. The man said: listen, I can't do anything here, just go to t mobile or a1! When I asked my second question, I hear sigh and a very long silence. I already saw some of the comment people wrote about their customer service, so I hang up the phone before the man say anymore rude word. Their customer service people are not only rude, but also scary! I phone four times, all four experiences were bad.
2, issue with sim card. The sim card was override by a netherland company called kpn. I feel my phone was hacked. I tried many solutions, and I spend hours and hours online to find solutions. I am not an it person so I don't really know why mms setting on one sim card can be override automatically by another company that is hundred miles away from austria. (for people who are like me, mms setting, which consist of several configurations in numbers, are a set of codes, a company uses to connect with their customers mobile device. Customers usually are not aware of because the sim card will do the setting on the phone.) in my example, I got a vectone sim card in austria and purchased a prepaid data plan. I was only able to use that for 6 hours. My phone was suddenly disconnected from vectone network. I googled so many reviews and spend three to four hours trying to find out why. It was the sim card. The mms setting on the sim card was override by a netherlands company called kpn. How can that happen? Why it doesn't happen to other company such as t-mobile or a1!
Whatever that is, I know that vectone needs to improve their system so this doesn't happen to their customer. They also need to improve the quality of their customer support. I can't believe the customer support people send me away to t-mobile.
I feel so cheated by this company! Their system must have serious fault but they are hiding that fact from everyone.

In conclusion, don't choose this company! If u dont want to go thru what I go thru and dont want to waste both your time and money, go with t mobile or a1. You got exactly the same thing! 10€ for 10 gb. If time is money and time is precious, I have waste too much time with this company.

I truly regret that I choose this company! 10€ and I learned my lesson! I forgot to look up review before I buy.

Vectone Mobile Holding very poor customer service

I registered my new vectone mobile sim card on "country saver" last february 2012. I am supposed to contact my family and friends back home with a cheaper cost. I paid £15.00 for the month of february 21-march 21 2012. But unfortunately, I cannot even contact the number registered on my country saver philippines. I phoned customer service to cancel the suscription and refund me with my money. I spoke to almost 10 customer representative and promised me to get my refund after 48 hours. Some of them give me a different answer. Still didn't get my refund. After a month, they took another £15.00 from my account even if I already cancelled the subscription. I contacted their customer service again several times within the month and even wasted a lot of time speaking to them because even if you ask them to escalate the call, they can't accomodate. The same promises but never got my refund which is a total of £30.00 last march. Today, I checked my bank and again they took another £15.00 from my account. I don't know how long shall I wait for them to refund me with my money because it seems like they're gonna take £15.00 every month even if the subscription has already been cancelled. I am never happy with the customer service and I will never recommend this company.

Vectone Mobile Holding - complaint about the card I purchased/ also your customer service can't speak english was rule and put the phone down on me

Your customer service was rude and cannot speak english unable to help me with the card I bought, she kept asking me to repeat myself on several occassion at the end hanged up on me. Your card is not allow to make a call. Also your promotion is out of date on your recorder messages.
