I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my purchase of a Whirlpool air conditioner from your Tambaram branch on 7th June 2026, vide Bill No. [protected].
Despite full payment, the delivery was delayed, and installation has not been carried out to date. When I followed up with your customer care help desk and management, I was subjected to misbehavior and unprofessional conduct. Such unethical business practices are unacceptable and damaging to your organisation’s reputation.
Accordingly, I demand:
Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to delay, non-installation, and misbehavior by your staff
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to higher forums, including consumer protection authorities, to seek justice.
I expect your written confirmation of and compensation within 7 working days of this notice.
