Don't have health issues ever when doing business with VWCU--even with the best credit score a customer could have. VWCU didn't work to help lower payoff amounts AT ALL. We did Debt RESOLUTION and VWCU didn't ever work with our representative a Debt Resolution. So when the chips are down...good luck if you are doing business with VWCU. May you never be in this horrible situation. Even Debt Resolution was hard but WE DID IT. Consistently and committed through health hard times.

Recommendation: When 'chips' are down due to health, VWCU is not there for you.
