Don't come here. After eye lid surgery, one eye looked as if he didn't do anything at all except make cuts on the lid. There was no lift. Then he scheduled a second surgery to fix his mistake, or rather to bill the insurance again to pay off his $1.5 million Carmel home he just bought last year.
After the second surgery, it still looks awful and uneven. I would not recommend this doctor. He's not the best in his field.
Dr. Carlos bernardino - ptosis lid surgery
This Dr has absolutely no skills and should be stopped before he botches another Ptosis eyelid surgery. My eyes are now uneven and look awful. Even though it was immediately obvious he did a poor job, he tried to cover up by saying wait for the swelling or wait for the stitches to come out. But after all that waiting, it still looks horrible. He needs to be stopped.

Dr Bernadino experimented on my beautiful eyes and detroyed my good looks, then kicked me out without admitting the procedure he did so that i could go elsewhere to try to get it repaired.no one has ever seen such a horrible out come of thei type. he is a fraud
