Vanguard review: Vanguard pension payment

I paid £14000 into my vanguard SIPP pension plan by debit card and they couldn't find my payment, despite providing all evidence of transaction from my bank.

At some point all I kept getting from customer care were recycled messages, and I got really concerned and started talking to a few people about it, it began to appear like it was some sort of scheme to just siphon the money, so I reached out to a cybersecurity company that opened my eyes to the means some of these large organizations employ to actually steal people's hard earned money with a perfect cover.

Long story short, they were able to get my money out to my amazement, then I came on here to leave a review about it but complaints board took it down, I guess because they're in cahoots with vanguard and it was an awareness to point people to a solution that can actually put them in loss in the long run. So I'm just going to leave the name of the platform in a note I'll attach to my review and I just want everyone with issues to know that you can get your funds back from these guys!
