I had some trouble with Valley Collection Service LLC. They got my address wrong and I ended up with a debt collection. I called to pay it off, but I wanted to make sure they would remove it from my record. They said they wouldn't do that unless I came in with cash and then they would give me a letter.

I never got the ticket and when I called *** they said they sent a letter to my address for the ticket which I never got. How can they send me to collections for a parking ticket I never saw? I never got a ticket in *** - I moved here 6 months ago. They say there is a picture of my car with the ticket on it. I ain't paying the collection fee. This is total deceitful practices! I want the ticket gone!

They must have confused me with someone else because I don't have any overdue accounts and I don't do any business in America except for paying my life insurance. I do have some credit cards, but they have a balance of "0", and my credit score is over 800. I sent an email to Valley through the ComplaintsBoard.com site a few days ago, but they haven't replied. I want them to remove this wrong information from my credit report. Thanks, ***.
