I closed my VALIC account in 2013 and signed a contract for a fixed annuity of $31.77 that is directly deposited into my account. As of December 2024, I did not receive my annuity. When I contacted the company, I was put on hold and could not provide any answer why my annuity of December 2024 is not paid. This annuity is for lifetime. I request that company release my December 2024 annuity and in future also make regular payment.

I closed my account with Valic in 2013 and the company did not pay me rather forced to sign me a life time fixed rate annuity for life time. I am supposed to receive $31.77 annuity every month. The company paid this annuity until November 2024 that is directly deposited into my bank. However, I did not make any payment in December. On contacting the company, I did not receive any answer why my December and future annuity will be paid. I request that my outstanding annuities be paid and future annuities be paid in time as they are deposited directly into my bank account.
