Roof installers came on time for roof replacement, they were really good at their job, well organized and finished the work with great results. The boss was there to watch everything, a really good job, I totally recommend them.

I gave 'em a deposit of $1,790 on October 4th for a quote of $4,865 to swap out six (6) windows at my crib in ***, . Them folks from the company kept makin' up excuses 'bout why they couldn't deliver until January 2022. That's when I said, "Nah, I want my money back and cancel this whole project." Ain't heard a peep from 'em since then. Their address is some *** Store in *** and I can't find no *** contractors license under their name. It's August now, and they still ain't contacted me or given me my deposit back. Oh, and get this, I called 'em today to ask 'bout how long it takes to get replacement windows, and they told me it's four to five weeks. Ain't that a joke? I been waitin' for 47 weeks and still ain't got no windows.

We got bids from a few companies before we decided on Valiant Roofing. Honestly, once we met Craig R, we didn't even wanna deal with any other company. But that's just me. Gotta evaluate bids before making a decision, ya know? Some prices were better, some were about the same, but no other company or rep took the time to educate me on what kinda roof would work best for my home and needs. Craig, though, he's like an instant friend you can trust. Plus, Valiant Roofing uses products that other companies don't. We ended up gettin' a radiant barrier installed to boost our roof and home's performance. And now we got this awesome sky-light in our guest bathroom, not just for lightin' up the bathroom but also for a dark flight of stairs. Great ideas, amazing execution. I highly recommend Valiant Roofing to all my friends and fam. Gotta mention, Craig was there with his team throughout the whole project. He personally made sure we were happy with what we were gettin'. And it's equally impressive how he treats his team—with respect and kindness. Great company. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Valiant's Mr. R came to our house to check out our asphalt shingle re-roofing job and give us an estimate. He was a pro, experienced, knew his stuff, and was great to work with. He answered all our questions, showed us samples of the stuff they'd use, and explained the steps they'd take to install our roof. We really liked that they offered us options to make our new roof more energy efficient. We had three other guys look at our project, but after considering everything, we went with Valiant. Once we signed the contract, they wasted no time and got started on our roof in just a few days. The crew that did the work was fast, hardworking, and friendly. They took good care of our property, even covering up our plants to protect them from the old shingles. After they finished, they cleaned up the area around our house, making sure to get rid of any debris, especially nails. Mr. R came back to check on the project and make sure we were happy with the result, which we definitely were. We would absolutely recommend Valiant Roofing to anyone who needs a professional, trustworthy, and skilled roofing company for any roofing job.
