Used Conex review: Used conex (not color I ordered)

I ordered and paid for a red 40-foot conex and was delivered an orange unit instead. When I raised the issue, the company informed me they could not guarantee specific colors and pointed to a clause in the confirmation I signed. I requested $500 to have the conex repainted; the company only offered $150. I asked them to retrieve the orange unit and deliver the red one I ordered; they said they would charge for pickup and still could not guarantee a red replacement. I declined to proceed.
The delivery itself was unsatisfactory— the driver was alone and I had to help place railroad ties under the conex. I had been planning to order another 40-foot conex from this company but will not do so after this experience. Overall, the delivery and customer service were disappointing and did not meet my expectations. I will never order from this company again.
