I received a used container with a "Hole" in the roof/top. I called Used Conex 4.5 hours after the delivery and spoke to Jay(sales/manager) she told me all she could do is send me a patch. I told her it was delivered with the hole and the patch would not be satisfactory. Because it was delivered with the hole. She basically called me a liar and said I somehow put the hole in the roof/top of the container. Jay referred me to the contract. Contract says you have 1 business day to report issues if you do not notice issues after the delivery. Used Conex advertise: used containers with no holes or leaks and are WWT. Jay said containers are checked by 3 people for holes etc. Well there is no check list provided of who checked the container, the container #, where or date container was checked. It is apparent the people who checked it prior to it being delivered to me were blind or paid well. No check list was or could be provided. I even sent pictures showing the hole. All I can say is "BEWARE" not customer friendly, even with proof of the problem. I guess this "HOLE" will probably VOID the 25 year warranty.

The delivery person from Gator-Can, Keith told her he didn't see a hole. He didn't do a check of the container with us when he dropped it off. as per Jay he should have checked it at the dock...we have no proof of that either. I wish I could give this company a -star, never, never again will I buy from them. I wiii tell friends, family and all the different organizations I am affiliated with about this experience.

We ordered a 40' container for our school storage and classroom needs. Everyone from the start of the process to the follow up after delivery were very professional, helpful and attentive to our questions and process. Customer service was responsive and very courteous with us during the ordering and billing portion of the transaction. The delivery was right in the agreed upon window and the company who delivered the container did an excellent job as well. This was a great process, the unit itself was in great condition and we would recommend this company to anyone looking for a shipping container for their private use.

Great price, great customer service. I called at least 6 different places and these guys were by far the cheapest. Seems they were running a special, so I guess I had good timing. They scheduled the delivery for 8 days after purchase then quickly responded when I told them it would almost certainly be raining on the delivery date. Scheduled again the same week then ran into an apparent issue with the container depot which they quickly resolved. *** also communicated well and dropped the box right on the *** (impressive driving). The *** box they delivered is better than I expected, but then I've never purchased a conex box before so didn't really know what to expect.

20' Conex Container! First I am here to say first that customer service and online resources were extremely helpful, and everyone that I talked to was polite and got all of my questions answered. I needed a 20' trailer delivered instead of a regular 40' trailer to deliver my conex due to the tight area that I needed delivered. They were able to make this happen, I am sure it was not as easy as a trailer swap since most of the drivers are their own contractors and make their own pickup/deliveries but nonetheless we got it delivered and dropped off perfectly! The conex came as they said, wind/water tight and fits my needs perfectly. I would give the price, customer service, and delivery all 5/5 stars. Thank you.

(Grove Hill, Al) I just wanted to give a Customer Review of the 20 Foot Conex Shipping container I purchased from USED CONEX .COM AFTER shopping around for the best deal on a used conex shipping container. I found USED CONEX .COM to be the best choice for me as far as, Price, Quality, Guarantee, Customer Service, Reliability, Honesty and Dependability. This was the only company that offered everything I was looking for in a company when buying my used Conex Shipping Container. From the start when working with the salesperson to the finish where the driver pulled up and delivered it was an A+ Great Experience. I fully refer this company to anyone looking to buy a used or new Conex shipping container.

I am so far very disappointed. We ordered 2 boxes from Used Conex on 8/5/2022 and it is currently 8/26/2022. When a company says a delivery window I expect they have a sufficiently well-managed supply chain to actually fulfill within that window. But more importantly I expect a company to reach out to me with any delivery or fulfillment issues. It has been 15 business days (21 total days) and I have had to initiate conversation at every step of the way. And in previous calls they gave incorrect information. Apparently there is no container available. It's disturbing to me that a reputable company is advertising product that they not only do not have, but that they don't even know when they will have. And they don't even reach out to let you know.

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the customer service representatives are very friendly and try to accommodate as best they can. The negative of the situation is this: I ordered (2) 40' containers and paid $7,500 up front with the expectation the containers would be delivered in 7-10 days and 20 days at the latest. I called them thru out the 3 weeks and kept receiving the same answer, the delivery person was having issues and they couldn't give me an ETA. I called on the 21st day and received the same answer, no ETA set. So, I canceled the order and they did refund my credit card however, they charged me a $200 cancelation/"restocking" fee. That is something I can't agree with as they never had to pull anything from "stock" to justify a "restocking" fee. Anyways, they're nice people.

This was my first time buying a shipping container for additional storage we needed, I was very skeptical about the condition of the container I might receive after looking at many companies and talking to their salespeople on the phone, telling me about holes and patches when I wanted a new one trip container which shouldn't have holes or need patching. After reading reviews on the ComplaintsBoard.com site, I went with Used Conex LLC, the salesperson was very responsive to my many questions, and got back to me with answers immediately. I got my 40-foot, one trip HC container delivered to Durant OK. and I could not be happier with the overall process. My container even smells new! I will be looking to get 2 new one trip 20-foot containers in the near future, and I will only be buying them from Used Conex LLC.

I looked on Facebook marketplace quite a bit to find somewhere to purchase a container. I'm not sure why but the used container industry is like nothing I have ever experienced. There are hundreds of listings littering anywhere you looks most of which are people in the Caribbean/South America who seem like they get paid to generate leads then forward you on to a company. Most the time the price they list is not even close to the price they quote you. This company honored the price they listed and had very good communication. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and extremely responsive with very good follow up. The whole process was very easy and quick. I picked up the container from a depot and the price they gave me was over $500 cheaper then if I bought direct from the depot. As far as the quality of the container goes it wasn't pretty but it is wind and water tight as advertised, I ended up throwing a quick coat of paint on it with an airless sprayer and am very happy with it.

With first contact we let them know that we were looking for a 40' high cube sea container and we were getting prices from other companies. They understood and asked if they could make a follow up call in a few days to see if we had any more questions. We chose to purchase our container from Used Conex LLC #1 because of price but also because of their customer service. They let us know that it could take up to 10 days after payment to get the container delivered. We received the payment confirmation shortly after making the payment and a follow up email the next day with delivery location questions. The following day we received a text from the transportation company letting us know that we are on their schedule and let us know when we would receive our container within the next few days. The next day we received an email with the delivery date if it would work and confirm. We received our container 5 days after purchase, the delivery driver was very professional and the delivery went without a hitch. If we were in the market for another sea container we would absolutely use Used Conex LLC again.

Started Almost 6 months ago chasing a 40 HC

We needed a Container to be able to ship to our development in Sarteneja Belize...

That meant it needed to be a Certified Shipping Container.
Everyone could sell me a W & W container
But wouldn't guarantee it could be Coast Guard Certified to ship overseas...

Then Brittney answer an request on Facebook Marketplace.
It took a few phone calls and Texts but soon we had a deal with Used Conex LLC.
A month or so with wire transfers and contracts agreed.

I received a text from Kolton giving me the updates on the progress of the certification
And delivery schedule.

Always a phone or text was replied to promptly and my concerns were answered.

The drop of the container was as smooth as silk

I was in the market for two 20ft WWT containers, after searching around and talking with multiple different companies I came across an ad for Used Conex LLC on facebook. I requested a quote and within an hour I had a response with a price. Their price, including delivery was slightly higher than another company. When I mentioned this to the sales rep at Used Conex she was very understanding and actually beat the price by about $100. I was still a bit hesitant on purchasing since it was a large sum of money going to a company I have never used or heard of but after multiple messages and a phone call to their main office in Tampa I felt more comfortable and made the payment. From the time of payment to the day of delivery only took about 10 business days, the sales rep even checked up on me multiple times to make sure I was aware things were moving along. The delivery man was extremely professional and put the containers exactly where I needed. And of course the containers were in pretty good shape. Pretty much exactly what expected with a WWT and very similar to what is pictured on the Used Conex Website. No holes, minimal rust, floors are solid and doors close properly. All in all I would highly recoment Used Conex LLC, their prices were the best I found, delivery was quick and customer service was excellent. I will purchase from them again!

What does a container truly cost in the long run. If you are strung along and loose 2.5 days of work with the promise that the container is "loaded on the truck and on its way", you have added Substantially to the cost of the container. I certainly understand that there are certain things outside of the control of a company, such as the logistics of picking up the Conex from the local port, sure, I get it, but to be flat out lied to about the delivery and be promised the next day - and it doesn't show. And to add insult to injury, I fell for it again the next day where it was absolutely promised to be on the truck and in transport to be delivered between 11 and 4 that day - and once again, NO DELIVERY! So not only did I loose two and a half days of my life waiting, and the money that goes with it, Useless Conex said "we are sorry to loose your business but we are not going to deliver your container. I asked several times to speak with the owner, I believe this to be Brittany (who was kind enough to take my money in the beginning), but I guess once they take your money you are banished to the wasteland of the "logistics department". Please know Brittany, the woman who I dealt with throughout this entire ordeal is doing your company No justice at all, and I will leave it at that. If you would like to dispute what I am saying please let me know and I will be more than happy to detail every time stamped conversation with your employee. People should know what to expect when dealing with a company through Facebook Marketplace.

Purchased a 40' HC. Found an add on Facebook Marketplace, called the number listed, but it was always busy. So, I sent a message and literally within a minute I had a reply. Never did figure out why that number was always busy. BUT, Mendy was on it and got me the quote I needed and answered ALL my questions and eased my concerns. From there she sent an invoice and I paid it. I did have a little issue there. The site to pay gave the option of savings account or checking, I chose savings and it declined first time, I called my bank to confirm and let them know the amount and such and tried again and it said it went through. Waited for the next step for a week and finally found out that payment was declined again, so ended up having to wire the money, which I could have done a week sooner had I known. Once we got that taken care of communication went to Kim. We had to call and reschedule once due to enormous rains. They were very nice about it and we were rescheduled for the following week. Jump to delivery, I called the morning of delivery to see approximately when they would arrive since we live 3.5 hours from the yard. They told me they were not sure, but I would get a call from the driver before he headed our way. That if he didnt call before 3 to call back. Well, 3:30 rolled around and nothing. I called back and Kim was surprised I hadn't heard anything and told me she would check and get back with me. About 10 minutes later she called back and said the driver was waiting at the yard to get loaded and asked if it would be to late to deliver that night. I said no, we are home and to head on this way. Driver called a bit later saying he was headed our way and it would be around 8:20 with a gas stop. He called again about 8 miles from us and I walked him through how to get to us. 8:30 he rolled in and we got the container unloaded. The driver was very nice and helped with everything. Overall our experience was very good. I would buy from them again if needed. Thanks
