Disappointing Experience with Meat Quality and Customer Service: I recently purchased meat from the Pic N Save store at 68th and National in West Allis, WI 53214. Unfortunately, the beef showed visible mold just two days after purchase. When I returned it to the store, I was met with poor customer service from supervisors Heather and Christine. Both ladies were rude and dismissive. Christine was particularly disrespectful, interrupting me and talking over me as I explained the issue. Heather joined in, displaying negativity from the start as if I was at fault for buying spoiled meat. Given the store's history of selling spoiled meat and fish, I'm concerned about food safety. While I usually shop at this location due to its convenience, I will not be returning due to health concerns.
