Discount Tire

Hi,

My name is Maninder Singh and I have been a long time customer at your Discount Tire location in Waukesha WI. Over the years I have recommended multiple people here but this time it was the worst experience ever. I had an appointment on April 4th to check my front passenger tire and it was deemed unrepairable. Tire was not in stock so Noah Schwandt ordered one since it was out of stock at the location. I was told first the tire should be in later that day but after waiting couple of hours was told it will come tomorrow morning. I made an 1pm appointment next day and at around 1:30 was told that appointment was never confirmed. Noah said that you told me you will come during your lunch break from work at 1 but I never scheduled your appointment. I had to re arrange one million things to get here at 1 on April 5th so I could be out of here by 2 but Noah absolutely back tracked on his word and made me look like a liar. I will never recommend another person to this location again as I was not expecting something like this from such a reputable place.
