On 8/10/2021 I stop by Discount Tire 8521 Concord Mills to have my Nissan Armada check for vibration the sale person came back angry and loud about the lug nuts was too tight I tried to explain to him that I was 63 yrs old and Discount Tire was the only company that service, repair and replace my tires since 2012 but he continue with his loudness and other customers started to stare so I walked away, I think that could have been a teachable moment for the other technician to not over tight lug nuts and not to get angry or loud with the customer.

i boutht a tire at the main and dobson location and could hear loud yelling before and after i purchased the tire at the shop. I am 66 yrs old and these guys need to learn a little manors and how to act or get another job. I dont plan on going back.
