I got a notification that my delivery was at this access point & it arrived there the 7th & was signed for. I could pick it up by the 14th. I went the 8th to pick it up and was told it Wasn't there I showed him the email that said it was & he told me no it wasn't that the email was sent out early and my package wasn't there & it might come in after 1pm or maybe not til Monday. I explained again that the email specifically stated it arrived yesterday at 6:35pm he said no that the delivery people didn't know what they were talking about. He kept turning his back on me like I was an annoying him. I ask for # to main office to find out WTH was going on. I live 3 min away I called& they told me the package was definitely there and told me on 7th & who signed for it. I went back no more then 10 minutes later & when I walked in this guy tells me the delivery truck just dropped it off a blatant lie. I told him I called and the delivery was yesterday he told me that was a lie. I'm very upset by now told him I want my package he kept his back to me and again stated the delivery truck don't know what's going on.I ask him and it was 11am y he told me my package wouldn't b there til after 1 or maybe not til Monday he ignored the ? and was rudely saying if I want my package I needed to stop being upset. I asked him to show proof the package was just signed for he said no shoved the package at me didn't ask for id & basically told me I had no right to b upset have a good day bye. I want something done about this because I feel my package was in jeopardy of disappearing had I not called ups customer service & found out the truth. I will b putting in a formal complaint at the business Monday morning because I don't know his name but I know what he looks like & the time he was working.
